電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商針對(duì)移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下人際關(guān)系變化的應(yīng)對(duì)策略

【摘要】:當(dāng)前移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大行其道,人們通過(guò)它來(lái)表達(dá)思想,傳遞情感。這樣的背景下,了解移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下人與人是怎樣交互、怎樣建立聯(lián)系的,對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)商更好地開(kāi)發(fā)產(chǎn)品,改善運(yùn)營(yíng)有著至關(guān)重要的作用。 本文通過(guò)理論研究和案例研究相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品以及移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下的人際關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究,最后從終端、流量和業(yè)務(wù)三個(gè)方面對(duì)電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商的應(yīng)對(duì)策略提出了建議。通過(guò)研究移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下的人際關(guān)系演進(jìn)對(duì)電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商提出經(jīng)營(yíng)建議,是本文主要的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:At present, the mobile Internet is popular, through which people express their thoughts and convey their feelings. In this context, understanding how people interact and how to establish contacts in the mobile Internet environment is crucial for operators to better develop their products and improve their operations. Through the combination of theoretical research and case study, this paper studies mobile Internet products and interpersonal relationships in the context of mobile Internet. Traffic and service three aspects of the telecom operators to deal with the strategy proposed. It is the main innovation of this paper to study the evolution of interpersonal relationship under the mobile Internet and put forward the management suggestions to the telecom operators.
