【摘要】：近年來,微系統(tǒng)技術(shù)作為典型的軍民兩用技術(shù),受到各國高度關(guān)注。全球微系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)保持活躍態(tài)勢,產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模與市場空間不斷擴(kuò)大,產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用逐步深入,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新趨勢明顯,尤其在國際巨頭的引領(lǐng)下,新產(chǎn)品、新應(yīng)用層出不窮。對微系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、國外企業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的梳理,分析了微系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as a typical dual-use technology, micro-system technology has been highly concerned by many countries. The global microsystem industry keeps active situation, the industrial scale and the market space expands unceasingly, the industrialization application deepens step by step, the technical innovation trend is obvious, especially under the international giant's guidance, the new product, the new application emerges one after another. The scale of microsystem industry and the present situation of foreign enterprises and industries are systematically combed, and the development trend of microsystem industry is analyzed.
