【摘要】：運(yùn)用價(jià)值鏈理論,從職能劃分的角度構(gòu)建移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)價(jià)值鏈的層次模型,具體包括基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施制造層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)層、終端服務(wù)與應(yīng)用供應(yīng)層,并深入分析各環(huán)節(jié)分工與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。同時(shí),結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與商業(yè)生態(tài)模式理論,運(yùn)用價(jià)值共創(chuàng)理論總結(jié)現(xiàn)今具有代表性的商業(yè)生態(tài)模式,包括"終端+服務(wù)"的軟硬件垂直一體化商業(yè)生態(tài)模式、"工具+社區(qū)+商務(wù)"的平臺(tái)化商業(yè)生態(tài)模式、"LBS+SNS+O2O"的商業(yè)生態(tài)模式。最后,給出ATT公司調(diào)整商業(yè)生態(tài)模式的實(shí)際案例,為相關(guān)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值共創(chuàng)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of value chain, the hierarchical model of mobile Internet value chain is constructed from the angle of function division, which includes infrastructure manufacturing layer, network service operation layer, terminal service and application supply layer. And in-depth analysis of the division of labor and development of each link. At the same time, combined with the industrial development trend and the theory of commercial ecological model, we use the theory of value creation to sum up the current representative commercial ecological model. It includes the vertical integration of software and hardware ecological model of "terminal service", the platform commercial ecological model of "tool community commerce" and the commercial ecological model of "LBS SNS O _ 2O". Finally, this paper gives a practical case of ATT Company to adjust the business ecological model, and provides a reference for the related enterprises to realize the value together.
