【摘要】：隨著軟件研發(fā)的迅猛發(fā)展,處于軟件行業(yè)上游的外包企業(yè)所面臨的環(huán)境更是惡劣,客戶需求多元化、管理成本高、利潤(rùn)率極低、員工流失率高、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量低劣等問題非常嚴(yán)峻。通過引入“項(xiàng)目管理”模式,對(duì)軟件外包企業(yè)有非常大的幫助,大大的提高了企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)率和執(zhí)行效率。但是,“項(xiàng)目管理”模式也不能完全解決軟件外包企業(yè)的所有問題,不但如此,它也為軟件外包企業(yè)帶來了一些新的問題,如人員流失率的迅速上升等。本文正是基于這個(gè)方向,針對(duì)軟件外包企業(yè)Z公司的“項(xiàng)目管理”實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了深入的調(diào)查,通過分析調(diào)查問卷的答卷情況,歸納出影響“研發(fā)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施”的關(guān)鍵因素,并以六西格瑪改進(jìn)理論為基礎(chǔ),為Z公司構(gòu)筑了改進(jìn)方案。本論文以軟件項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的歷史數(shù)據(jù)為參考,以調(diào)查問卷為分析的起點(diǎn),以“六西格瑪改進(jìn)”為改進(jìn)依據(jù),以“處于軟件行業(yè)上游”的外包軟件企業(yè)Z公司為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合Z公司自身之特點(diǎn),對(duì)Z公司實(shí)施關(guān)鍵因素之主成份分析,找出影響Z公司之主要成份,并針對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理模式軟件企業(yè)實(shí)施“六西格瑪改進(jìn)”提出了實(shí)施方案:以“六西格瑪改進(jìn)”的DMAIC為基礎(chǔ),采用比較分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查、定性定量分析等研究方法,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的公司流程、檢查工具進(jìn)行量化考核與流程細(xì)化,為達(dá)到“提升企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”這一目標(biāo),提供了切實(shí)可行的方案,也為同類型的軟件企業(yè)提供了具有實(shí)踐意義的“實(shí)施框架”,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of software research and development, outsourcing enterprises in the upstream of the software industry are faced with even worse environment, customer demand is diversified, management costs are high, profit margins are extremely low, staff turnover rate is high, product quality is poor and so on. Through the introduction of "project management" mode, software outsourcing enterprises have a great help, greatly improve the profit margin and efficiency of execution. However, the "project management" model can not completely solve all the problems of software outsourcing enterprises, not only this, it also brings some new problems for software outsourcing enterprises, such as the rapid increase of staff turnover rate and so on. Based on this direction, this paper makes a deep investigation into the practice of "project management" in company Z, a software outsourcing company, and concludes the key factors that affect the implementation of R & D projects by analyzing the questionnaire. Based on the six Sigma improvement theory, the improvement scheme is constructed for Z Company. This paper takes the historical data of software project implementation as reference, takes the questionnaire as the starting point of analysis, takes "six Sigma improvement" as the basis of improvement, and takes Z Company, a outsourcing software company "upstream in the software industry", as the research object. According to the characteristics of Z Company, this paper analyzes the key factors of Z Company and finds out the main components that affect Z Company. The implementation scheme of "six Sigma improvement" in the software enterprise of project management mode is put forward: based on the DMAIC of "six Sigma improvement", the research methods of comparative analysis, statistical investigation, qualitative and quantitative analysis are adopted. To the existing company process, the inspection tool carries on the quantification examination and the process refinement, in order to achieve the goal of "enhancing the market competitiveness of the enterprise", it provides the feasible plan. It also provides a practical implementation framework for the same type of software enterprises, which has strong practicability.
