郵政儲(chǔ)蓄銀行綿陽(yáng)分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),居民收入的不斷提高,人們對(duì)于金融產(chǎn)品的需求越來越旺盛,特別是利率市場(chǎng)化以來,人們的存款愿望有所降低,高收益的理財(cái)產(chǎn)品逐漸走入人們的視野,越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。國(guó)內(nèi)很多商業(yè)銀行把握市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)大力發(fā)展理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù),部分商業(yè)銀行走到了市場(chǎng)的前列,個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展較為成熟,擁有了比較完善的管理制度、比較有效的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷手段以及成熟的專業(yè)銷售和管理人員隊(duì)伍。中國(guó)郵政儲(chǔ)蓄銀行是經(jīng)銀監(jiān)局批準(zhǔn)在改革郵政管理體制的基礎(chǔ)上組建的商業(yè)銀行。銀行成立后,逐漸向全國(guó)性的大型商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型,致力于發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù),特別是及時(shí)推出了個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)大力發(fā)展,但是與成熟的商業(yè)銀行相比,郵儲(chǔ)銀行起步較晚,缺乏一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn),管理體制不全,營(yíng)銷手段單一。為提升郵儲(chǔ)儲(chǔ)蓄銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,郵政儲(chǔ)蓄銀行應(yīng)大力發(fā)展其他商業(yè)銀行相對(duì)薄弱的個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù),郵政儲(chǔ)蓄銀行如何更好發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)服務(wù)是當(dāng)前面臨的重要而又緊迫的研究課題。本文以郵儲(chǔ)銀行綿陽(yáng)分行作為研究對(duì)象,采取理論研究、對(duì)比分析、文獻(xiàn)查閱等方法,對(duì)郵政儲(chǔ)蓄銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,探討存在的問題,存在的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),并結(jié)合當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)環(huán)境提出擴(kuò)大綿陽(yáng)郵儲(chǔ)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展方向,改善綿陽(yáng)郵儲(chǔ)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,積極開發(fā)多層次多形式理財(cái)產(chǎn)品,加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷,加大綿陽(yáng)郵儲(chǔ)銀行信息化建設(shè)力度等完善綿陽(yáng)郵政儲(chǔ)蓄銀行的個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous growth of the national economy and the continuous improvement of residents' income, people's demand for financial products is more and more vigorous. Especially since the interest rate is marketized, people's desire for deposits has been reduced. High-income financial products gradually into the people's vision, more and more people's attention. Many domestic commercial banks have grasped the market opportunity to vigorously develop their financial management business. Some commercial banks have stepped into the forefront of the market, and their personal finance business has developed more mature and has a relatively perfect management system. More effective marketing tools and mature professional sales and management team. Postal savings Bank of China is a commercial bank established on the basis of reform of postal administration system approved by the Banking Regulatory Bureau. After the establishment of the bank, it gradually transformed to a large commercial bank nationwide, devoting itself to the development of retail business, especially by launching the personal finance business in a timely manner. However, compared with the mature commercial banks, the postal savings bank started relatively late. Lack of certain experience, management system is incomplete, marketing means single. In order to enhance the competitiveness of postal savings banks, postal savings banks should vigorously develop the relatively weak personal financial services of other commercial banks. How to better develop personal financial services is an important and urgent research topic for Postal savings Bank. Taking Mianyang Branch of Postal savings Bank as the object of study, this paper studies the development and present situation of personal finance business of Postal savings Bank by means of theoretical research, comparative analysis and literature review, and discusses the existing problems. The existing opportunities and challenges, and combined with the current market environment proposed to expand the development direction of Mianyang Postal savings Bank personal finance business, improve the Mianyang Postal savings Bank personal finance business operation mode, actively develop multi-level and multi-form financial products, Strengthen the marketing, strengthen the information construction of Mianyang Postal savings Bank, and improve the development strategy of Mianyang Postal savings Bank's personal finance business.
