【摘要】：數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)概念使用廣泛、研究較多,但存在著概念內(nèi)涵不明和與相關(guān)概念使用混亂等問題。通過梳理數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)概念的起源和傳播歷程、已有研究成果和存在問題,辨析了數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與其他相關(guān)概念的關(guān)系,認(rèn)為數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì)特征是以數(shù)字技術(shù)方式進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。與其他相關(guān)概念相比,數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)概念更準(zhǔn)確反映了這一經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)的本質(zhì)特征。在結(jié)構(gòu)上,數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)由供需兩方組成,在測(cè)量時(shí)可根據(jù)長(zhǎng)短期采取不同的測(cè)量范圍。在發(fā)展程度上,數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)可劃分為三個(gè)發(fā)展階段,不同國(guó)家可根據(jù)自身情況跨階段發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The concept of digital economy is widely used and studied, but there are some problems, such as unclear connotation of concept and confusion with related concepts. Through combing the origin and spreading course of the concept of digital economy, this paper analyzes the relationship between digital economy and other related concepts, and points out that the essential characteristic of digital economy is to produce in the way of digital technology. Compared with other related concepts, the concept of digital economy more accurately reflects the essential characteristics of this economic form. Structurally, the digital economy consists of supply and demand, and it can be measured in different range according to short and long term. In terms of development, digital economy can be divided into three stages, and different countries can develop in different stages according to their own conditions.
