基于D通信企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)施研究

【摘要】:隨著信息化社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)流程規(guī)范度及管控能力等問題日益凸顯,財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化水平也越來越重要,越來越復(fù)雜。從目前的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)來看,財(cái)務(wù)工作管理缺乏先進(jìn)的管理理念、財(cái)務(wù)的職能不能達(dá)到企業(yè)的整體管控程度、財(cái)務(wù)部與企業(yè)其他各部門協(xié)同不到位等三方面的問題。因此,如何推進(jìn)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化的實(shí)現(xiàn),使財(cái)務(wù)職能貫穿企業(yè)管理始終是本文研究的目的。本文以D通信企業(yè)原有業(yè)務(wù)的組織架構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)流程為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用扁平化和財(cái)務(wù)集約化的管理理念,打通公司財(cái)務(wù)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)部及相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)部門之間的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),通過對(duì)公司財(cái)務(wù)領(lǐng)域調(diào)研、分析并整理相關(guān)資料,在現(xiàn)有模型基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化架構(gòu)模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)自上而下的統(tǒng)一規(guī)范和自下而上的資源集約,實(shí)現(xiàn)公司財(cái)務(wù)管理的“縱向管理一體化”與“橫向業(yè)務(wù)集成化”,優(yōu)化資源配置,實(shí)現(xiàn)管理收益最大化。本文主要分為以下六個(gè)部分:第一部分為緒論:分析了財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及D通信企業(yè)開展財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化建設(shè)的背景,指出財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化建設(shè)研究的意義;分析國(guó)內(nèi)外財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出了本文的研究目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn);第二部分為相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ):主要是對(duì)本文參考的財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化理論、會(huì)計(jì)信息化理論進(jìn)行闡述;第三部分為現(xiàn)狀分析:在實(shí)地調(diào)研D通信企業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上,評(píng)價(jià)其業(yè)務(wù)、財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,指出其存在的問題;第四部分為財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化建設(shè)分析與設(shè)計(jì):首先,在財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化建設(shè)理論指導(dǎo)下,從所要搭建的一體化系統(tǒng)整體功能做出分析;其次,明確各功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能及主數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)計(jì);最后,按照明確的功能構(gòu)架和數(shù)據(jù)體系,分析設(shè)計(jì)適合D通信企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化的MSS系統(tǒng);第五部分為一體化系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施效果,分析出企業(yè)在實(shí)施一體化系統(tǒng)后管理流程的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn);第六部分為對(duì)D通信企業(yè)實(shí)施財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化后未來的展望:主要是提出下一步需要D企業(yè)需要進(jìn)行的流程優(yōu)化和對(duì)企業(yè)管理流程上的優(yōu)化建議。本文研究成果主要有三個(gè)方面:第一,構(gòu)建一套比較合理的D通信企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化流程;第二,利用構(gòu)建財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化系統(tǒng)對(duì)D通信企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)、建設(shè)和采購(gòu)流程進(jìn)行了一系列的調(diào)整和優(yōu)化;第三,利用搭建的財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化系統(tǒng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)倒逼D通信企業(yè)管理控制職能一體化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information society, the standardization of financial business processes and the ability of management and control have become increasingly prominent. The level of financial integration is becoming more and more important and complex. From the point of view of modern enterprises, the financial work management lacks the advanced management idea, the finance function can not reach the whole control level of the enterprise, and the finance department and the other departments of the enterprise do not cooperate with each other in three aspects. Therefore, how to promote the realization of the integration of enterprise financial services, so that the financial function throughout the enterprise management is always the purpose of this study. Based on the organizational structure and business process of the original business of D communication enterprises, this paper uses the management concepts of flat and financial intensification to get through the key links within the financial field of the company and between related business departments. Through the investigation and research on the financial field of the company, analyzing and sorting out the relevant data, on the basis of the existing model, the paper constructs the financial business integration framework model, realizes the unified specification from the top to the bottom and the resource intensive from the bottom up. To realize the integration of vertical management and horizontal business of financial management, optimize the allocation of resources, and realize the maximization of management income. This paper is divided into the following six parts: the first part is the introduction: it analyzes the current situation of financial integration and the background of D communication enterprises to develop financial integration, and points out the significance of the research on financial integration; This paper analyzes the current research situation of financial business integration at home and abroad, and puts forward the research objectives, contents, methods and innovation points of this paper. The second part is the related theoretical basis: the financial business integration theory, which is referred to in this paper, The third part is the analysis of the current situation: on the basis of field investigation of D communication enterprises, the paper evaluates the present situation of its business and financial system construction, and points out its existing problems. The fourth part is the analysis and design of the integration of financial services: firstly, under the guidance of the theory of the integration of financial services, the whole function of the integrated system is analyzed; secondly, Finally, according to the clear functional framework and data system, analyze and design the MSS system suitable for D communication enterprise financial business integration. The fifth part is the implementation effect of the integrated system. The advantages and disadvantages of the management process after the implementation of the integrated system are analyzed. The sixth part is the future outlook of D communication enterprises after the implementation of financial business integration: mainly put forward the next step needs D enterprises to carry out the process optimization and enterprise management process optimization recommendations. The research results of this paper mainly have three aspects: first, construct a set of reasonable financial business integration process of D communication enterprises; second, use the construction of financial business integration system to finance D communication enterprises. The construction and procurement processes are adjusted and optimized. Thirdly, the integrated financial business system is used to realize the integration of management and control functions of D communication enterprises.
