【摘要】：樂視網(wǎng)是"樂視生態(tài)"構(gòu)造的重要主體,文章借助Z-score模型對樂視網(wǎng)的財務(wù)風(fēng)險進(jìn)行判定和分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)由于"樂視生態(tài)"的快速擴(kuò)張,樂視網(wǎng)財務(wù)風(fēng)險不斷加大,主要表現(xiàn)為:融資結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,對短期負(fù)債的依賴性大;所籌資金消耗過快,未在融資與投資之間找到平衡點(diǎn),存在短融長投現(xiàn)象;投資回報低,盈利水平較差�；诖�,提出了融資方式合理搭配、合理運(yùn)用所籌資金、做好擴(kuò)張后的整合工作、采取"分步走"擴(kuò)張策略等對策,以降低樂視網(wǎng)財務(wù)風(fēng)險,推動"樂視生態(tài)"可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Letv net is an important part of the construction of "Letv ecology". This paper uses Z-score model to judge and analyze the financial risk of Letv net. It is found that because of the rapid expansion of "Letv ecology", the financial risk of Letv net increases continuously. The main manifestations are: unreasonable financing structure, heavy dependence on short-term liabilities, excessive consumption of funds raised, lack of balance point between financing and investment, short financing and long investment phenomenon, low return on investment and poor profit level. In order to reduce the financial risk of Letv net and promote the sustainable development of "Letv ecology", this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as reasonable combination of financing methods, reasonable use of the funds raised, integration work after expansion, and the strategy of "step by step" expansion, etc. in order to reduce the financial risk of Letv net and to promote the sustainable development of "Letv Ecology".
