【摘要】：數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)這一概念由來已久。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)涵不斷豐富,界線愈發(fā)模糊,因而對(duì)其進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確定義有著相當(dāng)?shù)碾y度。本文通過收集并整理中國(guó)、美國(guó)、俄羅斯、日本、歐盟、OECD等經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國(guó)政府和經(jīng)濟(jì)組織對(duì)于數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)理解的文獻(xiàn),試圖對(duì)各國(guó)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)理解的變化作出一定的歸納。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合各國(guó)具體的數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略,比較各國(guó)的數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)政策范圍,以進(jìn)一步窺探各國(guó)關(guān)于數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的分歧。
[Abstract]:The concept of digital economy has a long history. With the development of Internet technology and industrial economy, the connotation of digital economy is becoming more and more rich and the boundary is increasingly blurred, so it is quite difficult to define it accurately. This paper attempts to sum up the changes in the understanding of digital economy among the governments and economic organizations of economic powers such as China, the United States, Russia, Japan, the European Union, OECD and other economic powers through collecting and sorting out the literature on the understanding of the digital economy in China, the United States, Russia, Japan and the European Union. On this basis, combining with the specific digital economy strategy of each country, the scope of the digital economy policy is compared in order to further explore the differences about the digital economy in various countries.
