【摘要】：二十一世紀(jì)是信息與全球化的世紀(jì),而IT技術(shù)是信息時代的支撐技術(shù),IT技術(shù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是國際化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時IT公司的競爭是國際化的競爭。國有IT企業(yè)以及民營IT企業(yè)面臨著全球IT企業(yè)的同臺競爭,對民營IT企業(yè)研發(fā)管理的研究將會顯得越來越重要。 我國的IT企業(yè),由于公司規(guī)模較小,創(chuàng)立時間較短,普遍以小作坊的形式管理運作,在企業(yè)的管理方法上非常需要改進。一些規(guī)模較大的公司,由于管理的理念與水平?jīng)]能與國際接軌,導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品的國際競爭力下降,質(zhì)量不高,普遍以低價銷售商品,這樣便導(dǎo)致企業(yè)的利潤很低,以及行業(yè)內(nèi)的惡性競爭。 國內(nèi)對于IT企業(yè)的研發(fā)管理研究多注重理論的研究,而對于管理實踐的研究現(xiàn)在還很缺乏。大多數(shù)研究通常以傳統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)的管理理論來研究IT企業(yè)的管理理論.但是IT企業(yè)有他的特殊性,這類的研究對IT企業(yè)實踐的指導(dǎo)效果不是很好。目前研究的趨勢是把IT企業(yè)的管理研究與傳統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)的管理研究相區(qū)別。對IT企業(yè)的研究需要用一套有IT企業(yè)特征的基礎(chǔ)理論來研究。 IT企業(yè)需要高新的技術(shù),更需要科學(xué)的研發(fā)管理,才能把高新的技術(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)化為好的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù),這樣我們的產(chǎn)品才能在國際化的競爭中立于不敗之地。本文從IT民營企業(yè)研發(fā)管理的角度,試圖提出一些對我國IT企業(yè)發(fā)展有幫助有實踐參考價值的研發(fā)管理理念。 為研究HS公司研發(fā)管理理念與方法,本文在主要采用以下研究方法：通過文獻研究研發(fā)管理理論,通過實踐的工作體驗研究HS公司的研發(fā)管理模式,通過問卷調(diào)查統(tǒng)計HS公司研發(fā)管理的成效。 目前較流行的企業(yè)研發(fā)管理的主要理論有PACE理論、IPD(集成產(chǎn)品開發(fā))理論以及軟件產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的CMM理論。本文主要以這幾個研發(fā)管理理論的在HS公司的實踐應(yīng)用為研究方向,希望通過理論與實踐相互結(jié)合進行研究,總結(jié)出對企業(yè)研發(fā)管理有實踐指導(dǎo)意義的理念與方法。 本人從以上研發(fā)管理的三個理論出發(fā),研究HS公司的研發(fā)管理模式。文章主要包括以下幾個方面的內(nèi)容：研發(fā)管理的主要理論；HS公司介紹；HS公司研發(fā)管理體系及存在問題；HS公司研發(fā)管理特點與成效問卷調(diào)查；HS公司研發(fā)管理研究啟示。 本論文的創(chuàng)新點為：通過研究HS公司的實踐研究研發(fā)管理理論PACE,IPD,CMM的實際應(yīng)用成效。IPD理論與CMM理論相結(jié)合進行研究。提出軟件研發(fā)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程要與軟件研發(fā)流程相結(jié)合,軟件研發(fā)項目要在已有的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程體系基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)建軟件研發(fā)流程體系。 本文的研究結(jié)合工商管理理論基礎(chǔ)以及本人在公司的實踐,理論聯(lián)系實際,提出有實踐意義的研究成果。
[Abstract]:The 21 century is the century of information and globalization, and IT technology is the supporting technology in the information age. The standard of IT technology is the standard of internationalization. At the same time, the competition of IT companies is the international competition. The research on R & D management of private IT enterprises will become more and more important because state-owned IT enterprises and private IT enterprises are facing the same stage competition of global IT enterprises. Because of the small scale and short time of establishment, the IT enterprises in our country generally manage their operation in the form of small workshops, so the management methods of enterprises need to be improved very much. Some of the larger companies, because their management concepts and levels have not been in line with international standards, have led to a decline in the international competitiveness of their products and poor quality. They generally sell goods at a low price, thus leading to a very low profit for the enterprises. And the vicious competition in the industry. Domestic research on R & D management of IT enterprises pays more attention to theoretical research, but the research on management practice is still lacking. The majority of studies usually use the management theory of traditional manufacturing enterprises to study the management theory of IT enterprises. But IT enterprise has its particularity, this kind of research to IT enterprise practice guidance effect is not very good. The trend of current research is to distinguish IT enterprise management research from traditional manufacturing enterprise management research. The research of IT enterprises needs a set of basic theories with the characteristics of IT enterprises to study. It enterprises need high and new technology and scientific R & D management in order to transform high-tech technologies into good products and services. In this way, our products can be in an invincible position in the international competition. From the point of view of R & D management of IT private enterprises, this paper tries to put forward some R & D management concepts which are helpful to the development of IT enterprises in China and have practical reference value. In order to study the idea and method of R & D management in HS Company, this paper mainly adopts the following research methods: research on R & D management theory through literature, research on R & D management mode of HS Company through practical work experience. Through the questionnaire survey statistics HS company R & D management effectiveness. At present, the main theories of R & D management in enterprises are pace theory / IPD (Integrated Product Development) theory and CMM theory of Software Product R & D (R & D). This paper mainly takes the practice and application of these R & D management theories in HS Company as the research direction, hoping to sum up the ideas and methods that have practical significance for enterprise R & D management through the combination of theory and practice. From the above three theories of R & D management, I study the R & D management model of HS Company. This paper mainly includes the following aspects: the main theory of R & D management is the introduction of the R & D management system of HS Company and the questionnaire survey on the characteristics and effectiveness of R & D Management of HS Company. The innovation of this thesis is as follows: through studying the practice of HS Company, the research and development management theory of PACE-IPD / CMM is studied. The combination of IPD theory and CMM theory is carried out. It is proposed that the software R & D process should be combined with the software R & D process, and the software R & D project should establish the software R & D process system based on the existing product development process system. The research of this paper combines the theory foundation of business administration and my practice in the company, combining theory with practice, and puts forward the research results of practical significance.
