【摘要】：本文構(gòu)建一個(gè)兩階段被調(diào)節(jié)的中介模型,以軟件外包關(guān)系為研究情境,探討領(lǐng)域知識(shí)專用性投資對(duì)投資方能力構(gòu)建的作用機(jī)制、作用效應(yīng)及其調(diào)節(jié)因素。運(yùn)用廣義路徑分析框架法,基于194對(duì)軟件外包關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,主要結(jié)論包括:軟件外包企業(yè)的領(lǐng)域知識(shí)專用性投資以客戶知識(shí)溢出為中介促進(jìn)能力構(gòu)建;外包承接能力和吸收能力分別在第一和第二階段對(duì)間接效應(yīng)發(fā)揮調(diào)節(jié)作用。本研究提供了領(lǐng)域知識(shí)專用性投資對(duì)投資方獨(dú)特效應(yīng)的新證據(jù),進(jìn)一步揭示了相關(guān)的作用機(jī)制及權(quán)變因素。并且,研究結(jié)論對(duì)軟件外包企業(yè)的經(jīng)營實(shí)踐具有啟示意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we construct a two-stage regulated intermediary model, take the software outsourcing relationship as the research context, and discuss the mechanism, effect and regulatory factors of the domain-specific investment on the construction of the investor's ability. Based on the generalized path analysis framework, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship of software outsourcing based on 194. The main conclusions are as follows: the domain knowledge specific investment of software outsourcing enterprises promotes the construction of capability with customer knowledge spillover as the intermediary; In the first stage and the second stage, the indirect effect is regulated by the ability of undertaking and absorbing respectively. This study provides new evidence of the unique effect of domain knowledge specific investment on investors, and further reveals the relevant mechanisms and contingency factors. Moreover, the conclusion of the study has enlightening significance to the management practice of software outsourcing enterprises.
