2G和3G時(shí)代下的電信企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)研究

【摘要】:2008年,我國(guó)電信業(yè)完成重組,由原來(lái)的六大基礎(chǔ)運(yùn)營(yíng)商合并成三家基礎(chǔ)運(yùn)營(yíng)商,并同時(shí)發(fā)放3G牌照,昭示著我國(guó)電信業(yè)正式從2G時(shí)代跨入3G時(shí)代。正當(dāng)3G業(yè)務(wù)還處于發(fā)展時(shí)期,2013年底4G牌照的發(fā)放又將中國(guó)的電信業(yè)拉入4G時(shí)代。3G和4G時(shí)代的到來(lái),打破了2G時(shí)代下電信行業(yè)內(nèi)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局,傳統(tǒng)的語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)受到?jīng)_擊,運(yùn)營(yíng)商的主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)和商業(yè)模式都發(fā)生了很大變化,行業(yè)內(nèi)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更為激烈。在新一代的移動(dòng)通信時(shí)代下,如何提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),成為電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)迫切關(guān)心和需要解決的問(wèn)題。本文在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合電信行業(yè)的基本特征,研究電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)分別在2G和3G時(shí)代的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的來(lái)源。在2G和3G時(shí)代研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前4G時(shí)代電信業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)如何提升電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以及電信行業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展提出一些可行的策略和建議。首先,在國(guó)內(nèi)外理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的概念,以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的來(lái)源。其次,根據(jù)電信行業(yè)在2G和3G時(shí)代的業(yè)務(wù)和經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,在借鑒關(guān)于企業(yè)和電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的研究基礎(chǔ)上,分別構(gòu)建了2G和3G時(shí)代,包括競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位、盈利性、可持續(xù)性三個(gè)維度的電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,建立電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力模型,并通過(guò)實(shí)證研究,得到電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力及其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)來(lái)源。最后,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)分析的結(jié)果以及電信行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,提出一些提升電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的建議以供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the telecom industry of our country completed the reorganization, merged into three basic operators from the original six major basic operators, and issued 3G license at the same time, which shows that the telecommunications industry of our country has formally stepped into the 3G era from the 2G era. While 3G business is still in its development period and the issuance of 4G licences at the end of 2013 has drawn China's telecommunications industry into the 4G era. 3G and 4G era, it has broken the competition pattern in the telecommunications industry under the 2G era, and the traditional voice service has been impacted. The main business and business model of operators have changed a lot, the competition in the industry is more intense. In the new era of mobile communication, how to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises has become an urgent concern and need to be solved by telecom operators. Based on the theory of competitive advantage and the basic characteristics of telecom industry, this paper studies the competitive power and the source of competitive advantage of telecom operators in the era of 2G and 3G respectively. On the basis of the research of 2G and 3G era, combined with the current development situation of telecommunication industry in 4G era, this paper puts forward some feasible strategies and suggestions on how to enhance the competitiveness of telecom operators and the future development of telecom industry. Firstly, on the basis of theoretical research at home and abroad, the concept of competitive advantage and the origin of competitive advantage are analyzed. Secondly, according to the business and business model of telecom industry in the era of 2G and 3G, and on the basis of the research on the evaluation index of competitive advantage of enterprises and telecom operators, the paper constructs the era of 2G and 3G respectively, including competitive status, profitability, etc. Based on the evaluation index system of competitive advantage of telecom operators in three dimensions of sustainability, this paper establishes a competitive model of telecom operators, and through empirical research, obtains the competitiveness of telecom operators and the source of their competitive advantages. Finally, according to the results of data analysis and the current situation of telecom industry, some suggestions for improving the competitive advantage of telecom operators are put forward.
