【摘要】：中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)經(jīng)歷了從小到大和由弱變強的成長歷程,探索其過程的演變并揭示從過程到結(jié)果之間的路徑規(guī)律是重要的理論問題。本文從百度公司所保留的"大事記"中獲取500條事件數(shù)據(jù)并形成事件數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用事件路徑分析的研究方法,提煉事件維度與建立分類標準,分階段剖析事件路徑的趨勢與特征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),自主性探索事件主導(dǎo)了百度公司成長的全過程,在其成長期經(jīng)歷了"獨立探索-獨立認可-合作探索"的演化路徑,其中"合作探索"支撐了企業(yè)度過環(huán)境震蕩期,"當期認可"與"探索釋放"在成熟期趨于平衡。這一研究結(jié)果揭示出動態(tài)能力的邏輯多樣性與動態(tài)均衡的潛能釋放,并初步建構(gòu)起了中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)成長的理論邏輯。
[Abstract]:Chinese Internet enterprises have experienced a growing process from small to large and from weak to strong. It is an important theoretical problem to explore the evolution of the process and reveal the path law from the process to the result. This paper obtains 500 event data and forms event database from "memorabilia" retained by Baidu Company. By using the research method of event path analysis, it abstracts the dimension of event and establishes classification standard. The trend and characteristics of event path are analyzed in stages. The study found that the autonomous exploration event dominates the whole process of Baidu's growth, and in its growing period, it has experienced an evolutionary path of "independent exploration, independent recognition and cooperative exploration." Among them, "cooperative exploration" supports enterprises through the period of environmental shock, "current approval" and "exploration release" tend to balance in mature period. This study reveals the logical diversity of dynamic capabilities and the release of potential of dynamic equilibrium, and constructs the theoretical logic of the growth of Chinese Internet enterprises.
