【摘要】：作為以創(chuàng)新為主導(dǎo)的知識(shí)技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)究其本質(zhì)是創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)型產(chǎn)業(yè)。在創(chuàng)新過程中,專利作為一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、客觀化的文獻(xiàn),在一定程度上代表了區(qū)域科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化的潛力,是衡量領(lǐng)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的合理指標(biāo)。因此本文基于專利數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析的視角,以武漢地區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)七大戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一的信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的專利申請(qǐng)態(tài)勢(shì)、專利申請(qǐng)人、以及專利法律狀態(tài)的相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了量化分析,來展示專利視角的武漢市信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀。最后對(duì)量化數(shù)據(jù)所體現(xiàn)的創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。結(jié)論表明,武漢市信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)有著較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新能力和水平。但其產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新主體規(guī)模小、創(chuàng)新成果較為集中,且合作創(chuàng)新程度偏低,這些問題不利于創(chuàng)新資源和創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的交流傳遞,從而會(huì)限制區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,需在今后的產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中重點(diǎn)改善。
[Abstract]:As a knowledge-technology-intensive industry dominated by innovation, the essence of strategic emerging industry is innovation-driven industry. In the process of innovation, patent, as a standardized and objective document, to some extent represents the potential of regional scientific research achievements transformation, and is a reasonable index to measure the technological innovation in the field. Therefore, based on the perspective of patent data statistics and analysis, taking Wuhan area as the research object, this paper discusses the patent application situation of information technology industry, one of the seven strategic emerging industries, and patent applicants. And the related indicators of patent legal status are analyzed quantitatively to show the innovation status of information technology industry in Wuhan from the perspective of patent. Finally, the paper summarizes and analyzes the innovation status reflected by the quantitative data. The conclusion shows that Wuhan information technology industry has strong innovation ability and level. However, the scale of the main body of industrial innovation is small, the innovation results are relatively concentrated, and the degree of cooperative innovation is low. These problems are not conducive to the communication and transmission of innovation resources and activities, which will limit the innovation development of regional industries. In the future industrial innovation and development needs to focus on improvement.
