湖北郵政綜合服務平臺創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新是服務型企業(yè)保持競爭優(yōu)勢的根本手段。湖北郵政是傳統(tǒng)的服務型企業(yè),自公司化改造以來,,通過不斷的創(chuàng)新,實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展。湖北郵政綜合服務平臺的建設和發(fā)展就是在郵政企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)模式的基礎上不斷創(chuàng)新的成果,其創(chuàng)新活動具備典型的服務創(chuàng)新的特征。長期以來,由于沒有針對這些創(chuàng)新活動進行系統(tǒng)的研究和規(guī)劃,導致創(chuàng)新缺乏持續(xù)性和系統(tǒng)性,制約了該平臺的進一步發(fā)展。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外學者關于服務業(yè)創(chuàng)新的相關研究成果進行了梳理和分析,闡述了在當前郵政企業(yè)轉型發(fā)展的大背景下,開展湖北郵政綜合服務平臺創(chuàng)新研究的目的和意義。其次通過對湖北郵政綜合服務平臺的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行了具體分析,找出了影響平臺發(fā)展的主要問題。然后應用創(chuàng)新的相關理論模型,梳理歸納出湖北郵政綜合服務平臺構建的理論基礎,提出了以創(chuàng)新為核心,按照頂層設計的思路,統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,構建有利于創(chuàng)新活動開展,有利于發(fā)揮創(chuàng)新效果,有利于通過創(chuàng)新提升平臺競爭能力的湖北郵政綜合服務平臺構建目標,即打造渠道整合的平臺、科學管理的平臺、服務創(chuàng)新的平臺、客戶體驗的平臺和科技進步的平臺。最后從管理創(chuàng)新、服務創(chuàng)新、技術創(chuàng)新、組織創(chuàng)新四個層面,探討了平臺的實施策略。本文理論聯(lián)系實際,基于郵政企業(yè)的轉型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,結合現(xiàn)代服務型企業(yè)的主要特征,把創(chuàng)新領域的相關研究成果和模型,應用到對湖北郵政綜合服務平臺的分析和構建中,力圖沿著建立科學、系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新體系這一方向,探索該平臺保持競爭優(yōu)勢的長效手段。本文的研究結論,對于制定該平臺下一步的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,提升平臺的核心競爭能力,具有一定的指導作用。郵政企業(yè)也可以通過借鑒本文的研究思路和研究方法,用于系統(tǒng)解決在郵政金融、速遞和其他業(yè)務領域中有關服務和創(chuàng)新方面的問題。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the fundamental means for service-oriented enterprises to maintain their competitive advantage. Hubei Post is a traditional service enterprise. Since the transformation of corporation, it has realized the sustained and rapid development through continuous innovation. The construction and development of Hubei postal integrated service platform is the result of continuous innovation on the basis of the traditional mode of postal enterprises, and its innovative activities have the characteristics of typical service innovation. For a long time, the lack of systematic research and planning for these innovative activities has led to the lack of sustainability and systematization of innovation, which restricts the further development of the platform. In this paper, the domestic and foreign scholars on the service industry innovation related research results were combed and analyzed, elaborated in the current postal enterprise transformation and development background, the purpose and significance of Hubei postal comprehensive service platform innovation research. Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation of Hubei Post Integrated Service platform and the internal and external environment, and finds out the main problems that affect the development of the platform. Then, by applying the relevant theoretical model of innovation, this paper sums up the theoretical basis of the construction of Hubei postal comprehensive service platform, and puts forward that the innovation is the core, according to the idea of top-level design, the overall planning and construction is conducive to the development of innovation activities. It is beneficial to bring into play the innovative effect and to construct the comprehensive service platform of Hubei Post, which can promote the competitive ability of the platform through innovation, that is, the platform of channel integration, the platform of scientific management and the platform of service innovation. The platform of customer experience and the platform of technological progress. Finally, the implementation strategy of the platform is discussed from four levels: management innovation, service innovation, technological innovation and organizational innovation. Based on the transformation and development strategy of postal enterprises and the main characteristics of modern service-oriented enterprises, this paper applies the related research results and models in the field of innovation to the analysis and construction of Hubei postal integrated service platform. This paper tries to explore the long-term means to maintain the competitive advantage of the platform along the direction of establishing a scientific and systematic innovation system. The conclusion of this paper has a certain guiding effect on making the next development plan of the platform and enhancing the core competitive ability of the platform. Postal enterprises can also use the research ideas and methods of this paper to solve the problems of service and innovation in postal finance, express delivery and other business fields.
