【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和應(yīng)用高速發(fā)展,新業(yè)務(wù)、新技術(shù)層出不窮,快速滿足用戶多層次、多方面的業(yè)務(wù)需求,向用戶提供諸如電子商務(wù)、教育、娛樂(lè)等領(lǐng)域的新興業(yè)務(wù)成為關(guān)鍵。IDC是提供承載業(yè)務(wù)的服務(wù)器的機(jī)房,是提供上述服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ),IDC業(yè)務(wù)收入是未來(lái)通信運(yùn)營(yíng)商的重要利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。IDC建設(shè)和發(fā)展是中國(guó)移動(dòng)實(shí)施移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)戰(zhàn)略、全業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分,是中國(guó)移動(dòng)面向未來(lái),拓展新領(lǐng)域、探索新模式必須抓好的一項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)工作。廣東移動(dòng)是中國(guó)移動(dòng)一類(lèi)分公司,廣東移動(dòng)IDC業(yè)務(wù)起步較晚,迫切需要開(kāi)展對(duì)IDC業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究。 本文在系統(tǒng)介紹戰(zhàn)略管理理論與戰(zhàn)略分析方法的基礎(chǔ)上,從宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手等方面分析了廣東移動(dòng)IDC業(yè)務(wù)的外部發(fā)展環(huán)境及面臨的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅；從資源狀況、盈利能力等方面分析廣東移動(dòng)IDC業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)部環(huán)境及其優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)；進(jìn)而通過(guò)SWOT分析,在對(duì)廣東移動(dòng)IDC業(yè)務(wù)的狀況進(jìn)行梳理并挖掘其隱藏問(wèn)題的同時(shí),對(duì)廣大移動(dòng)的IDC業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略做出了選擇,并在進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略分析基礎(chǔ)上制定了符合廣東移動(dòng)自身發(fā)展特點(diǎn)的IDC業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,包括投資戰(zhàn)略、組織戰(zhàn)略、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)戰(zhàn)略等子戰(zhàn)略,以期指導(dǎo)基礎(chǔ)資源的建設(shè)投入,包括選址購(gòu)地、IDC機(jī)樓建設(shè)等,提高市場(chǎng)的把握能力,提高增值業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)的能力,充分發(fā)揮廣東移動(dòng)現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢(shì),拓展IDC市場(chǎng)份額,全面提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the rapid development of Chinese Internet technology and applications, the emergence of new business, new technologies, fast to meet the multi-level and multi-level business needs of users, to provide users with such as e-commerce, education, Emerging businesses in areas such as entertainment become key. IDC is the computer room that provides the servers that host the business. IDC business revenue is an important profit growth point for future communication operators. IDC construction and development is an important part of China Mobile's implementation of the mobile Internet strategy and an important part of the whole service strategy. It is China Mobile facing the future. To develop new fields and explore new models must be a key task. Guangdong Mobile is a branch of China Mobile. The IDC service of Guangdong Mobile starts late, so it is urgent to study the development strategy of IDC service. Based on the systematic introduction of strategic management theory and strategic analysis method, this paper analyzes the external development environment, opportunities and threats of Guangdong Mobile's IDC business from the aspects of macro environment, industry environment, competitors and so on. This paper analyzes the internal environment, advantages and disadvantages of Guangdong Mobile's IDC business in terms of profitability, and then, through SWOT analysis, combs the situation of Guangdong Mobile's IDC service and excavates its hidden problems. On the basis of strategic analysis, this paper makes a choice of the IDC service development strategy of the broad mobile, and formulates the IDC service development strategy which accords with the characteristics of Guangdong Mobile's own development, including investment strategy, organization strategy, marketing strategy and so on, including sub-strategies, such as investment strategy, organization strategy, marketing strategy and so on. In order to guide the construction investment of the basic resources, including the construction of the location and purchase of the IDC machine building, to improve the market grasp ability, to improve the value-added service ability, to give full play to the existing advantages of Guangdong Mobile, and to expand the market share of IDC. Improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
