【摘要】：先進(jìn)的出行者信息系統(tǒng)(ATIS)是一種服務(wù)商品,已有的研究多從提高市場占有率的角度對單模式交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的ATIS進(jìn)行信息定價(jià)。多模式交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)中影響ATIS市場占有率的因素眾多,而且ATIS的提供成本往往與信息質(zhì)量和使用規(guī)模同時相關(guān)。因此,信息定價(jià)問題應(yīng)從ATIS服務(wù)提供商利潤最大化的角度進(jìn)行研究。本文把ATIS信息的單次使用費(fèi)用和ATIS的信息質(zhì)量同時作為決策變量,將雙模式路網(wǎng)中ATIS的定價(jià)問題描述為一個雙層規(guī)劃模型。其中,混合用戶均衡模型為下層模型,收益模型為上層模型。然后,基于上海市虹口區(qū)的路網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù),對下層模型進(jìn)行了數(shù)值分析,并討論了相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益問題。此外,本文提出了求解下層模型的MSAF算法,并進(jìn)一步嵌套了粒子群(PSO)算法,最終得到ATIS服務(wù)提供商的最優(yōu)ATIS信息定價(jià)和信息質(zhì)量提供方案。
[Abstract]:The advanced traveller information system (ATIS) is a kind of service commodity. Many studies have been done to price the ATIS in single-mode transportation network from the point of view of increasing market share. There are many factors that affect the market share of ATIS in multi-mode transportation network, and the cost of providing ATIS is often related to the quality of information and the scale of use. Therefore, the problem of information pricing should be studied from the perspective of profit maximization of ATIS service providers. In this paper, the cost of single use of ATIS information and the information quality of ATIS are taken as decision variables at the same time, and the pricing problem of ATIS in double-mode road network is described as a bilevel programming model. Among them, the hybrid user equilibrium model is the lower level model, the income model is the upper level model. Then, based on the road network data of Hongkou District in Shanghai, the lower layer model is numerically analyzed and the related economic benefits are discussed. In addition, this paper proposes a MSAF algorithm for solving the lower model, and further nests the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to obtain the optimal ATIS information pricing and information quality provision scheme for ATIS service providers.
