【摘要】：信息革命重塑世界,帶給全球經濟繁榮,尤其是成為西方發(fā)達國家發(fā)展的重要手段。利用信息技術推動經濟和社會的全面發(fā)展成為信息社會研究的重要領域。中國處于工業(yè)化后期,信息化和工業(yè)化的融合發(fā)展具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義�，F有的兩化融合研究較多地集中在后發(fā)優(yōu)勢理論、比較優(yōu)勢理論、新型工業(yè)化和信息化領域等方面,沒有系統(tǒng)的將兩者結合起來。本文將系統(tǒng)構建全新的理論框架作為切入點,并在此基礎上對影響因素展開實證研究。 本文以信息技術范式、ICT4D、技術經濟范式、產業(yè)融合理論作為研究的理論基礎。信息技術革命對經濟社會所產生的區(qū)域時間的影響差異來源于信息技術范式發(fā)展過程中所經歷的不同階段。信息化融合發(fā)展是信息技術范式發(fā)展的新階段,在這個階段中信息社會構建進入ICT4D2.0階段,這需要新的技術方法和知識的整合,ICT4D2.0提供了一個以需求驅動為特征的經濟社會全面發(fā)展的手段。技術經濟范式理論表明經濟的發(fā)展是內在的技術革命以及技術經濟范式在發(fā)揮作用,每一次技術的創(chuàng)新性破壞產生了新的產品產業(yè)和基礎設施以及新的組織原則。信息社會的發(fā)展遵循技術經濟范式的發(fā)展階段性和周期性,并遵循固定的準則。技術經濟范式所具有周期性表明信息化與工業(yè)化融合具有階段性的特征。產業(yè)融合理論認為融合依次會經歷技術融合、市場融合等階段,技術融合導致產品-市場的組合并最終會導向產業(yè)融合和經濟融合,信息化與工業(yè)化的融合可以用三維的模型表示,在信息化維、工業(yè)化維和融合維的作用下共同發(fā)展,提煉出信息化與工業(yè)化融合模型。 本文分析了國內外兩化融合的推進機制和發(fā)展經驗,并在江蘇省兩化融合調研的基礎上得出兩化融合的發(fā)展經驗。在對兩化融合支撐環(huán)境的分析中,著重分析了信息產業(yè)、創(chuàng)新保障以及信息資源開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略對兩化融合的支撐作用。在前面理論分析的基礎上,從信息化與工業(yè)化融合內涵的角度出發(fā),提煉出兩化融合的影響因素模型。采用Logistic模型、虛擬虛擬變量模型和脈沖響應分析對我國的信息技術范式的階段性進行實證研究,Logistic分析表明我國處于信息技術范式的轉折點,信息化的手段發(fā)生了改變,信息技術的擴散效應減弱,必須同工業(yè)需求相結合共同發(fā)展。通過信息化投入和信息化需求共同作用的向量自回歸模型可以分析看出,需求拉動作用成為經濟發(fā)展的主要力量,這也為兩化融合提供了理論依據。宏觀區(qū)域層面的影響因分析,運用結構方程組和向量自回歸分析了影響因素之間的靜態(tài)和動態(tài)的影響關系,分析表明傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)展方式難以支撐經濟的發(fā)展,必須通過推動數字經濟進程尤其通過信息技術提升產品和裝備的技術含量才是最為有效的手段。微觀層面的分析在借鑒Sambamurthy和Zmud模型基礎上結合Barua模型,構建企業(yè)兩化融合的關鍵要素模型以及評價指標。運用定量分析的方法,在對評價指標進行主成分分析基礎上,得出兩化融合的重點影響因素：利用社會網絡分析方法,分析影響因素之間的關系。 本文最后對研究結果進行了總結,兩化融合的階段性分析表明,兩化融合遵循信息技術范式的發(fā)展階段性。我國的兩化融合處于信息技術范式的協調期,信息化發(fā)展策略進入以需求和應用拉動為特征的ICT4D2.0階段,尤其是加大企業(yè)智能化設備改造和智能裝備產品的研發(fā)。加大政策引導,鼓勵創(chuàng)新,推動信息技術同實體經濟的結合,并關注信息化過程中可能引發(fā)的數字鴻溝問題。宏觀區(qū)域兩化融合影響因素分析表明,數字經濟進程和信息化支撐環(huán)境建設對兩化融合產生較大影響,如城市化率與信息技能之間、外貿依存度與信息服務和裝備智能化程度存在互相影響關系,發(fā)展云計算、物聯網等高端信息技術是兩化深度融合的重大機遇。微觀企業(yè)兩化融合影響因素分析表明,企業(yè)研發(fā)信息化、智能化生產裝備和供應鏈協同對兩化融合的影響較大,而這離不開規(guī)范的信息化應用制度以及大量信息化的資金投入,尤其表現為智能化生產設備和數字化裝備領域應用需要大量的資金和復合型人才。通過典型應用企業(yè)信息化成功經驗和行業(yè)知識在企業(yè)間的推廣,可以很好地帶動全行業(yè)企業(yè)的兩化融合工作。最后本文根據前面影響因素分析的結果,提出政策建議,闡明本研究的創(chuàng)新點、研究局限和未來研究方向。
[Abstract]:The information revolution reinventing the world and bringing the global economy to prosperity, especially the important means for the development of western developed countries. The use of information technology to promote the overall development of economy and society has become an important field in the research of the information society. In the late industrialization of China, the integration of information and industrialization has important strategic significance. The research of the two fusion is focused on the theory of the back advantage, the theory of comparative advantage, the new industrialization and the field of informatization, and there is no systematic combination of the two. This paper constructs a new theoretical framework of the system as a breakthrough point, and on this basis, an empirical study on the influence of the factors is carried out.
This paper is based on the information technology paradigm, ICT4D, the technical and economic paradigm and the theory of industrial integration. The difference of the influence of the information technology revolution on the regional time produced by the economic society comes from the different stages of the development of the information technology paradigm. At this stage, the construction of the information society is in the ICT4D2.0 stage, which requires the integration of new technical methods and knowledge. ICT4D2.0 provides a means of comprehensive economic and social development characterized by demand driven. The theory of technical and economic paradigm shows that economic development is the internal technological revolution and the technical and economic paradigm is playing a role. The innovative destruction of a technology produces new product industries and infrastructure and new organizational principles. The development of the information society follows the stages and periodicity of the development of the technical and economic paradigm, and follows the fixed principles. The periodicity of the technical and economic paradigm shows that the integration of information and industrialization is characterized by stages. Fusion theory holds that fusion will undergo the stages of technical integration and market fusion in turn. Technology convergence leads to product market combination and eventually leads to industrial integration and economic integration. The integration of information and industrialization can be expressed in three dimensional model, and it develops together under the role of information dimension, industrial peacekeeping and integration dimension. This paper analyzes the promotion mechanism and development experience of the two integration at home and abroad, and draws the development experience of the two integration on the basis of the two integration investigation in Jiangsu province. In the analysis of the two fusion support environment, the paper emphatically analyzes the supporting role of the information industry, the Innovation Guarantee and the information resource development strategy on the two integration. On the basis of theoretical analysis, from the angle of the connotation of information and industrialization, the influence factor model of the two fusion is extracted. The Logistic model, virtual virtual variable model and impulse response analysis are used to make an empirical study on the phase of the information technology paradigm in China. Logistic analysis shows that China is in the information technology paradigm. At the turning point, the means of information technology has changed, the diffusion effect of information technology is weakened, and it must be combined with the industrial demand. The vector autoregression model, through the joint action of information input and information demand, can be found that demand pull is the main force of economic development, which also provides the two integration. The influence of the macro regional level is analyzed, the structure equation group and the vector autoregression are used to analyze the static and dynamic relationship between the influencing factors. The analysis shows that the traditional way of development is difficult to support the economic development. It is necessary to promote the product and equipment through the information technology by promoting the digital economy in Cheng Youqi. The technical content is the most effective means. On the basis of Sambamurthy and Zmud model, the key elements model and evaluation index of enterprise two integration are constructed on the basis of using the model of Barua and Zmud model. At the end of this paper, the research results are summarized. The phase analysis of the two integration shows that the two integration follows the development stage of the information technology paradigm. The two integration of our country is in the coordination period of the information technology paradigm, and the information development strategy enters the ICT4D2.0 stage characterized by demand and application, especially the increase of enterprise intelligence. Transformation of equipment and research and development of intelligent equipment products. Increase policy guidance, encourage innovation, promote the combination of information technology with the real economy, and pay attention to the problem of digital divide which may arise in the process of information. The analysis of the influencing factors of the two integration of macro regions shows that the digital economic progress and the construction of information support environment are the two integration production. The relationship between the degree of interdependence of foreign trade and the degree of information service and equipment intellectualization, such as the rate of urbanization and information skills, and the development of the advanced information technology such as cloud computing and the Internet of things are the major opportunities for the integration of the two. The analysis of the influencing factors of the two integration of micro enterprises shows that the enterprise research and development information is intelligent and intelligent. The synergy of production equipment and supply chain has a great influence on the two integration, which can not be separated from the standardized information application system and a large amount of information input, especially for the application of intelligent production equipment and digital equipment field, which requires a large amount of funds and complex talents. The promotion of industry knowledge in the enterprise can lead to the two integration of enterprises in the whole industry. Finally, based on the results of the analysis of the previous factors, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions, clarifies the innovation point of this study, the limitations of the research and the direction of future research.
