【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,人們?nèi)找孀⒅乩孟冗M(jìn)的技術(shù)手段來加強(qiáng)科學(xué)的管理。在高校學(xué)生管理工作中,學(xué)生處工作人員和各系輔導(dǎo)員要處理大量繁雜的學(xué)生信息:有的采用傳統(tǒng)的工作模式,例如手工處理紙質(zhì)材料或利用word, excel等辦公軟件,費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力,效果不佳;有的采用單機(jī)版本的管理信息系統(tǒng),開放性很低,在使用上受到很大限制,并且容易造成“信息孤島”。如何提高資源的利用率,做到信息的規(guī)范管理和快遞查詢做到信息的規(guī)范管理和快速查詢,已成為學(xué)生信息管理工作研究的重點(diǎn)。 本文研究的內(nèi)容就是基于以上問題,針對(duì)韓山師范學(xué)院學(xué)生信息管理工作和學(xué)生處、各系輔導(dǎo)員用戶需求,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的一個(gè)采用B/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)的小型管理信息系統(tǒng)。 論文介紹了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程,首先論述了論文選題的背景、目的和意義,然后介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)采用Microsoft. NET作為編譯環(huán)境,選用SQL Server 2000作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫,Visual Studio2005作為開發(fā)工具,用ASP. NET來實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)庫的交換及網(wǎng)頁的生成。論文詳細(xì)闡述了系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的全過程,并給出了部分實(shí)現(xiàn)代碼。最終系統(tǒng)能夠完成信息的輸入、輸出,數(shù)據(jù)的增加、修改、查詢和刪除等功能。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置,班級(jí)設(shè)置,學(xué)籍管理,資助管理,黨團(tuán)管理,系統(tǒng)管理,個(gè)人信息,信息查詢等功能模塊。系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)是性能穩(wěn)定,功能完備,界面友好,操作簡(jiǎn)單。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and computer network technology, people pay more and more attention to strengthen scientific management by using advanced technology. In the management of college students, the staff of the Department of Student Affairs and the counselors of each department have to deal with a large amount of complicated student information: some use traditional working modes, such as manual processing of paper materials or the use of office software such as word, excel, etc., which are time-consuming and laborious. Some use single version of the management information system, the openness is very low, in use is very limited, and easy to cause "information island". How to improve the utilization rate of resources and how to achieve the standardized management of information and express query and the rapid inquiry of information has become the focus of the study of student information management. Based on the above problems, this paper designs and develops a small management information system based on B / S architecture for students' information management work and students' department of Hanshan normal University and the needs of counselors in various departments. This paper introduces the development process of the system, first discusses the background, purpose and significance of the topic, and then introduces the network technology and database technology of the system development. The system is developed by Microsoft. NET is used as compiling environment, SQL Server 2000 is used as background database and Visual Studio2005 is used as development tool. NET realizes the exchange of dynamic database and the generation of web pages. The whole process of system analysis, system design, system implementation and system test are described in detail, and some implementation codes are given. The final system can complete the input, output, data addition, modification, query and delete functions. The system realizes the function modules such as organization setting, class setting, student status management, subsidizing management, party and caucus management, system management, personal information, information inquiry and so on. The system is characterized by stable performance, complete function, friendly interface and simple operation.
