【摘要】：本文通過對數(shù)字經(jīng)濟內(nèi)涵的界定,構(gòu)建了數(shù)字經(jīng)濟發(fā)展評價指標(biāo)體系,運用熵值法與指數(shù)法測算2007-2015年我國數(shù)字經(jīng)濟發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。運用灰色相對關(guān)聯(lián)度分析了信息通訊基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、ICT初級和高級應(yīng)用、企業(yè)數(shù)字化、信息和通信技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)我國數(shù)字經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總體上呈增長態(tài)勢,但近年來增速有所減緩。同時,數(shù)字經(jīng)濟發(fā)展還存在內(nèi)部不協(xié)調(diào)問題。據(jù)此,提出夯實數(shù)字經(jīng)濟發(fā)展物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、拓寬ICT應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域、加快各行各業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型、組織信息和通信技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級工程、加大科技創(chuàng)新和人力資本投資等對策建議。
[Abstract]:By defining the connotation of digital economy, this paper constructs an index system for evaluating the development of digital economy, and calculates the development of digital economy in China from 2007 to 2015 by means of entropy method and index method.The relationship between ICT primary and advanced application, enterprise digitization and the development of information and communication technology industry is analyzed by using grey relative correlation degree.The study found that the development of our country's digital economy is increasing in general, but the growth rate has slowed down in recent years.At the same time, the development of the digital economy also exists internal incoordination problem.Based on this, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as ramming up the material foundation of digital economy development, widening the application field of ICT, speeding up the digital transformation of various industries, organizing the upgrading project of information and communication technology industry, increasing scientific and technological innovation and human capital investment, etc.
