【摘要】： 企業(yè)銷售信息管理系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)輔助企業(yè)銷售業(yè)務(wù)的管理軟件,涉及到銷售管理、客戶信息管理、財(cái)務(wù)信息收集、庫房管理等銷售業(yè)務(wù)中的主要流程,應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)在數(shù)據(jù)處理和數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)方面的優(yōu)異性能,幫助工作人員提高工作的效率、增加了可靠性,同時(shí)提供了功能較為完善的數(shù)據(jù)查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)功能。該系統(tǒng)對(duì)解決目前在中小型企業(yè)中普遍存在的銷售、庫存管理不便,銷售統(tǒng)計(jì)不完善等問題提出了一套簡(jiǎn)便易用的解決方案。 企業(yè)銷售信息管理系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)使用Client/Server技術(shù)、面向銷售業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)部門的多模塊信息管理系統(tǒng)。它采用了當(dāng)前流行的C/S結(jié)構(gòu),突破了原有單機(jī)版銷售信息管理系統(tǒng)使用的局限性,實(shí)現(xiàn)多機(jī)同時(shí)操作同一數(shù)據(jù)庫,因而實(shí)現(xiàn)了多地域、任意時(shí)段訪問企業(yè)銷售信息管理系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù),大大加強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)共享的能力。由于本系統(tǒng)采用了流行和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),極大地提高了系統(tǒng)的可移植性。本系統(tǒng)采用模塊化的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),為將來系統(tǒng)的擴(kuò)展、升級(jí)預(yù)留了相應(yīng)的接口,從而保證了系統(tǒng)的可延續(xù)性。同時(shí),基于Windows窗口模式的人性化操作界面,大大簡(jiǎn)化了操作難度,提高工作效率,為該系統(tǒng)的推廣打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。在使用者權(quán)限管理上,專門設(shè)計(jì)了權(quán)限管理模塊,作為所有操作的先決條件,充分保證了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的安全性,讓使用者放心的將整個(gè)銷售過程中的核心數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)行于系統(tǒng)中。在充分保證功能性、易用性和安全性的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)中盡量使用減少系統(tǒng)消耗的構(gòu)架和基礎(chǔ)軟件,以便能將該系統(tǒng)所需的硬件配置盡量降低,從而降低整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的部署成本,為中小型企業(yè)使用者提供性價(jià)比更高的產(chǎn)品。 經(jīng)過近一段時(shí)間的研究與調(diào)試,目前取得了以下成果: 使用基于C/S技術(shù)的系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的集中管理,提供最大程度上的數(shù)據(jù)共享,在保障了數(shù)據(jù)一致性的同時(shí),降低系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)工作量。 為銷售業(yè)務(wù)工作人員提供服務(wù),通過企業(yè)銷售信息管理系統(tǒng)管理銷售業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)。 針對(duì)軟件加密產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)了專門的銷售統(tǒng)計(jì)、管理模塊,符合軟件加密企業(yè)的使用。 安全性高:通過專門模塊對(duì)使用者分權(quán)限管理,杜絕了使用中的越權(quán)操作問
[Abstract]:The enterprise sales information management system is a management software supporting enterprise sales business. It involves the main processes of sales management, customer information management, financial information collection, warehouse management, etc.The excellent performance of the application computer in data processing and data storage helps the staff to improve the work efficiency and increase the reliability. At the same time, it provides a more perfect function of data query and statistics.The system provides a simple and easy to use solution to the problems of sales, inventory management and sales statistics, which are common in small and medium-sized enterprises at present.The enterprise sales information management system is a multi-module information management system which uses Client/Server technology and is oriented to the relevant departments of sales business.It uses the current popular C / S structure, breaks through the limitations of the original single-machine version of the sales information management system, and realizes multiple computers operating the same database at the same time.The ability of data sharing is greatly enhanced by accessing the data in the enterprise sales information management system at any time.Because this system adopts the popular and standard network technology, it greatly improves the portability of the system.This system adopts the modular structure design, which reserves the corresponding interface for the system expansion and upgrade in the future, thus ensuring the continuity of the system.At the same time, the humanized operation interface based on Windows window mode greatly simplifies the operation difficulty, improves the working efficiency, and lays a good foundation for the popularization of the system.In terms of user rights management, a privilege management module is specially designed, as a prerequisite for all operations, the security of the whole system is fully guaranteed, so that the user can safely store the core data in the whole sale process.Run in the system.On the basis of fully guaranteeing functionality, ease of use and security, the framework and basic software used to reduce system consumption are used as far as possible in the development, so that the hardware configuration required for the system can be minimized, thus reducing the deployment cost of the whole system.To provide more cost-effective products for small and medium enterprise users.After a period of research and debugging, the following results have been achieved:By using the system based on C / S technology, the centralized management of data is realized, and the data sharing is provided to the greatest extent, which ensures the consistency of the data and reduces the maintenance workload of the system.Provide service to sales staff and manage sales data through enterprise sales information management system.For software encryption products designed a special sales statistics, management module, in line with the use of software encryption enterprises.High security: through the special module to the user sub-authority management, put an end to the use of ultra vires operation question
