【摘要】：在學(xué)校各部門的日常學(xué)生管理工作中,通常會(huì)遇到許多常用的數(shù)據(jù),包括學(xué)生的基本信息、考勤信息、違紀(jì)信息、就業(yè)信息等等。這些信息雜亂不堪,格式不一,沒(méi)有一套完善、系統(tǒng)的流程管理。長(zhǎng)時(shí)間積累的大量文件和數(shù)據(jù)給查找、更新和維護(hù)等工作都帶來(lái)了不少的困難,使老師們的日常工作繁瑣不堪,影響了學(xué)校的工作效率。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的不斷發(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)也日漸成熟。信息化的理念已成主流,自動(dòng)化、無(wú)紙化辦公引領(lǐng)著時(shí)代的腳步,上述的效率極低的舊工作模式顯然已經(jīng)落后。因此,為了解決這些問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)《學(xué)生管理信息系統(tǒng)》來(lái)提高學(xué)生管理工作的效率,通過(guò)這樣的系統(tǒng)可以做到信息的規(guī)范管理、科學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)和快速查詢,以實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校辦公模式的信息化、自動(dòng)化是非常有必要的。 本論文將針對(duì)《學(xué)生管理信息系統(tǒng)》的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)做系統(tǒng)的論述。論述包括課題的背景及內(nèi)容、項(xiàng)目開發(fā)所涉及相關(guān)技術(shù)的介紹、系統(tǒng)的需求分析、系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)的設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)及測(cè)試這幾個(gè)方面。 《學(xué)生管理信息系統(tǒng)》以辦公自動(dòng)化管理為理念,以當(dāng)今各學(xué)校的學(xué)生管理信息系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r為基礎(chǔ),嚴(yán)格按照軟件工程的方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析和設(shè)計(jì),基于ASP.NET,采用三層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)支撐,細(xì)分為多個(gè)模塊,力求達(dá)到充分減少模塊耦合度、降低實(shí)現(xiàn)難度、增加可維護(hù)性的效果。包含的各個(gè)模塊將學(xué)生從入學(xué)至就業(yè)整個(gè)過(guò)程中涉及到的信息統(tǒng)一管理,旨在將繁瑣的信息維護(hù)工作簡(jiǎn)單化、規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化。對(duì)校內(nèi)老師、學(xué)生的日常工作將有很大的幫助。
[Abstract]:In the daily student management work of various departments of the school, there are usually many commonly used data, including students' basic information, attendance information, violation of discipline information, employment information and so on.This information is messy, the format is different, does not have a set of perfect, systematic process management.A large number of documents and data accumulated for a long time have brought a lot of difficulties to the search, update and maintenance work, which makes the teachers' daily work tedious and affects the work efficiency of the school.With the development of science and technology and network information, computer science is becoming more and more mature.The concept of information technology has become the mainstream, automation, paperless office leading the pace of the times, the efficiency of the old mode of work has obviously fallen behind.Therefore, in order to solve these problems, design a student management information system to improve the efficiency of student management, through such a system can achieve the standardized management of information, scientific statistics and rapid inquiry,In order to achieve the school office mode of information, automation is very necessary.This paper discusses the design and implementation of Student Management Information system.This paper includes the background and content of the subject, the introduction of the related technology involved in the project development, the requirement analysis of the system, the detailed design of the system, the design of the data and the realization and test of the system.Based on the concept of office automation management and the development of student management information system in various schools, the student management information system is analyzed and designed strictly according to the method of software engineering.Based on ASP. Net, Oracle database support is designed with three layers structure, which can be subdivided into several modules to reduce the coupling degree of modules, reduce the difficulty of implementation and increase maintainability.Each module contains a unified management of the information involved in the whole process from admission to employment, aiming at simplifying, standardizing and systematizing the tedious information maintenance work.It will be of great help to teachers and students in their daily work.
