【摘要】：信息技術(shù)革命已然成為社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要動力。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的蓬勃興起和飛速發(fā)展，虛擬貨幣作為一種新的交易媒介和支付手段，伴隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)增值產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展，它的出現(xiàn)極大地改善了微額消費(fèi)的支付環(huán)境和支付效率，使用范圍日益廣泛，并開始從網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境向傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)滲透。當(dāng)前眾多關(guān)于虛擬貨幣的研究，多數(shù)側(cè)重于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用（包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲等），而虛擬貨幣對于傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的滲透影響鮮有研究和觸及。 鑒于上述原因，本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上，從虛擬貨幣的定義、產(chǎn)生背景的深層次根源入手，給合當(dāng)前國內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)面臨互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的挑戰(zhàn)和困境，來探索虛擬貨幣發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)，并針對傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)可能發(fā)展的虛擬貨幣形式，通過不同的運(yùn)作模式，來對我國虛擬貨幣的生成、流轉(zhuǎn)、退出及其與現(xiàn)實貨幣和現(xiàn)實經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的溝通建立一個系統(tǒng)的分析框架，更好的把虛擬貨幣在傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的運(yùn)動過程中各相關(guān)關(guān)系及其影響整合在一起，從而建立其各個系統(tǒng)間實質(zhì)性的關(guān)系，對虛擬貨幣從其發(fā)行者、消費(fèi)者、中間渠道，支付體系及國家監(jiān)管等進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的研究。 更進(jìn)一步說，本文建立了傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)虛擬貨幣發(fā)行、流轉(zhuǎn)和退出機(jī)制模型，通過細(xì)致分析，深入研究虛擬貨幣給發(fā)行者、用戶和實體宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來的影響，以此獲得對于虛擬貨幣的全面認(rèn)識和深刻理解。并在此基礎(chǔ)上，探討了虛擬貨幣存在的問題，尤其是廣泛關(guān)注的虛擬貨幣的回流及漏出問題、第三方虛擬貨幣交易風(fēng)行的現(xiàn)實性問題，，及其對我國的小額支付體系和實體經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響等。最后提出傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型，加速虛擬貨幣滲透以及建立虛擬貨幣的有效監(jiān)管體系的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Information technology revolution has become an important driving force for social and economic development.With the booming and rapid development of the Internet, virtual currency, as a new transaction medium and payment means, comes into being and develops with the network value-added products and services.It has greatly improved the payment environment and payment efficiency of micro-consumption. It has been widely used and has begun to infiltrate from the network environment to the traditional industry.At present, most of the researches on virtual currency focus on Internet applications (including online community, online games and so on), while the influence of virtual currency on the penetration of traditional industries is seldom studied and touched.In view of the above reasons, this paper, on the basis of the previous studies, starts with the definition of virtual currency and the deep root of the background, and gives the current domestic traditional industry the challenges and difficulties of the development of the Internet.To explore the industrial basis of the development of virtual currency, and in view of the possible development of virtual currency in the traditional industry, through different operation modes, to generate and circulate the virtual currency in our country.Exit and its communication with real currency and real economy system to establish a systematic analysis framework to better integrate the relationship and influence of virtual currency in the movement of traditional industry.Thus, it establishes the substantive relationship between its various systems, and makes a comprehensive and systematic study of virtual currency from its issuers, consumers, intermediate channels, payment systems and state supervision.Furthermore, this paper establishes the traditional industry virtual currency issuing, circulation and exit mechanism model, through careful analysis, in-depth study of virtual currency on the issuer, users and real macroeconomic impact,In order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the virtual currency and a deep understanding.On this basis, the paper discusses the problems of virtual currency, especially the problem of the return and leakage of virtual currency, and the reality of the popularity of third-party virtual currency trading.And its impact on China's small payment system and the real economy.Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the transformation of traditional enterprises, accelerating the infiltration of virtual currency and establishing an effective supervision system of virtual currency.
