【摘要】：我國移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展離不開海歸人才和海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的促進作用和巨大貢獻。然而.由于海歸人才在海外學(xué)習(xí)和工作期間受海外環(huán)境的影響較大,當(dāng)他們回國發(fā)展時需要重新適應(yīng)國內(nèi)環(huán)境,從而更好地為產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)。試圖探究移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)中海歸人才和海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)在適應(yīng)國內(nèi)環(huán)境方面面臨的困難和挑戰(zhàn)及可能的應(yīng)對機制.并提出相應(yīng)的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of mobile Internet industry in China can not be separated from the promotion role and great contribution of returned overseas talents and overseas entrepreneurial enterprises. However, due to the great influence of overseas environment on the overseas study and work of overseas returned talents, When they return to their country for development, they need to readjust themselves to the domestic environment. In order to serve the industry better, this paper attempts to explore the difficulties and challenges faced by returned talents and overseas returnees enterprises in the mobile Internet industry in adapting to the domestic environment, as well as the possible coping mechanisms, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
