【摘要】：創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念的踐行,關(guān)乎中華民族在信息文明時(shí)代的命運(yùn)。從信息文明的高度看中國創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念的踐行,應(yīng)當(dāng)是把握其現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑的更高層次整體觀照。中國應(yīng)當(dāng)在信息文明的引領(lǐng)中崛起,而信息文明的引領(lǐng)必須在全社會(huì)踐行創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念。中國踐行創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念不僅要明確根本路徑,而且要落實(shí)文化革新和體制改革兩條重要路徑。信息文明時(shí)代中國的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念踐行,應(yīng)當(dāng)以在全社會(huì)解放創(chuàng)造力為根本路徑;以創(chuàng)客文化建設(shè)為文化革新路徑的突破口;以社會(huì)健全發(fā)育為體制改革路徑的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The practice of the idea of innovation and development is related to the fate of the Chinese nation in the age of information civilization. It should be a higher level of holistic reflection of its realistic path. China should rise in the direction of information civilization. The guidance of information civilization must practice the idea of innovation and development in the whole society. In addition, to carry out the two important paths of cultural innovation and system reform, to carry out the idea of innovation and development in China in the age of information civilization, we should take the emancipation of creativity in the whole society as the fundamental path, the construction of the culture of creation as the breakthrough point of the path of cultural innovation. To the sound development of society as the basis of the path of institutional reform.
