【摘要】：共享發(fā)展是浙江發(fā)展模式的基本經(jīng)驗和特色,也是浙江經(jīng)濟社會全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。改革開放以來,尤其是黨的十八大以來,浙江堅持經(jīng)濟增長與社會公正相統(tǒng)一的發(fā)展理念和發(fā)展模式,以共建促共享,以共享促發(fā)展。一方面,積極保護好發(fā)展好人民群眾勤勞致富的積極性和創(chuàng)造性,通過完善市場機制,努力維護起點公正和過程公正,積極發(fā)揮市場機制在資源配置中的基礎(chǔ)作用,激發(fā)和保持全社會的創(chuàng)造活力,不斷"把蛋糕做大",為共享發(fā)展打下良好的基礎(chǔ);另一方面,通過政府宏觀調(diào)控,大力加強社會建設(shè),積極協(xié)調(diào)利益關(guān)系,化解利益矛盾,切實關(guān)心和幫助困難群體,使人民群眾共享經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會進(jìn)步的成果,從而促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟社會的全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Shared development is the basic experience and characteristic of Zhejiang's development model, and it is also the key to the comprehensive and coordinated development of Zhejiang's economy and society. Since the reform and opening up, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Party, Zhejiang adheres to the development concept and development model of unifying economic growth and social justice, and promotes sharing and development by building together. On the one hand, it actively protects the enthusiasm and creativity of developing the masses' industriousness and wealth. By perfecting the market mechanism, striving to maintain the starting point justice and process justice, giving full play to the fundamental role of the market mechanism in the allocation of resources, and stimulating and maintaining the creative vitality of the whole society, Constantly "making the cake bigger" to lay a good foundation for shared development.On the other hand, through the government's macro-control, we should vigorously strengthen social construction, actively coordinate interest relations, resolve conflicts of interest, and earnestly care for and help needy groups. Enable the people to share the fruits of economic development and social progress, thus promoting the overall coordinated economic and social development.
