【摘要】：隨著信息通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展,為了更好地應(yīng)對(duì)新時(shí)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境變化、移動(dòng)數(shù)字傳輸與計(jì)算的市場(chǎng)需求,第四代移動(dòng)通訊(4G網(wǎng)絡(luò))一經(jīng)問世便在世界范圍內(nèi)的發(fā)展迅速。目前,國內(nèi)4G項(xiàng)目規(guī)模最大的中國移動(dòng)擁有的4G基站數(shù)量超過110萬,有近3億用戶,是目前世界最大的4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營商,已經(jīng)在國內(nèi)形成城鄉(xiāng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)基本覆蓋。同為國內(nèi)三大移動(dòng)通訊運(yùn)營巨頭的中國電信,為了優(yōu)化競爭能力,加大了對(duì)4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)的投入,以保持自身的競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)。作為中國電信旗下的SZ電信,也制定了區(qū)域4G業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,進(jìn)行4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局,極力拓展4G業(yè)務(wù)。如何合理地優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)絡(luò),制定有效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,分析建設(shè)中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和提出相應(yīng)的措施,已成為SZ電信面臨的關(guān)鍵問題,因此,論文的研究對(duì)SZ電信公司的4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)有實(shí)際的意義。本文以中國電信SZ公司4G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程建設(shè)為背景,分析了其4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的可行性,提出了其網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃和實(shí)施方案,分析了實(shí)施工程項(xiàng)目過程中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,并制定了進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避的預(yù)案和措施。本研究在對(duì)中國電信SZ公司的4G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程項(xiàng)目提供指導(dǎo)性意見,同時(shí)也能夠?yàn)槠渌愴?xiàng)目提供可借鑒之處。論文主要內(nèi)容包括SZ電信4G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程概況、項(xiàng)目管理理論與方法、SZ電信公司4G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃及實(shí)施方案、4G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)方案等。
[Abstract]:With the development of information and communication technology, in order to better cope with the new era of network environment changes, mobile digital transmission and computing market demand, the fourth generation of mobile communications 4G network has been developed rapidly in the world. China Mobile, the largest 4G project in China, has more than 1.1 million 4G base stations and nearly 300 million subscribers. It is currently the world's largest 4G network operator. Basic coverage of urban and rural networks has been formed in China. In order to optimize its competitiveness, China Telecom, which is also one of the three largest mobile communication operators in China, has increased its investment in the construction of 4G networks. In order to maintain its own competitive advantage, SZ Telecom, a subsidiary of China Telecom, has also drawn up a regional 4G service development plan, carried out 4G network layout, and vigorously expanded 4G services. It has become a key problem for SZ Telecom to make an effective network project plan, analyze the risks existing in the construction and put forward corresponding measures. The research of this paper is of practical significance to the 4G network construction of SZ Telecom Company. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the 4G wireless network construction project based on the 4G wireless network construction of China Telecom SZ Company. This paper puts forward the plan and implementation scheme of its network engineering project, and analyzes the risk factors that may appear in the process of implementing the project. The research provides guidance to the 4G wireless network project of China Telecom SZ Company. At the same time, it can also be used for reference for other similar projects. The main contents of this paper include the general situation of 4G wireless network engineering of SZ Telecom. Project management theory and method the project plan and implementation scheme of 4G wireless network project of SZ telecom company. Project risk analysis and risk response scheme of 4G wireless network engineering.
