【摘要】：伴隨著2004年我國第一家專業(yè)視頻網(wǎng)站,即樂視網(wǎng)的上線,視頻網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了萌芽、興起、低迷、復(fù)蘇和逐漸穩(wěn)定這幾個階段。近年來,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,我國視頻網(wǎng)站行業(yè)也隨之迅速發(fā)展,用戶規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,截至2016年6月,我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻用戶規(guī)模已經(jīng)達(dá)到5.14億,較2015年底增加1000萬,網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻用戶使用率為72.4%。在視頻網(wǎng)站行業(yè)激烈的市場競爭中,優(yōu)酷網(wǎng)、樂視網(wǎng)、愛奇藝、騰訊視頻和搜狐視頻是我國較知名的視頻網(wǎng)站,而且,2012年3月的優(yōu)酷與土豆合并事件、愛奇藝與PPS聯(lián)姻事件均是視頻網(wǎng)站行業(yè)的大事件。可見,視頻網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展受到越來越多的關(guān)注。財(cái)務(wù)績效能夠評價企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略及其實(shí)施和執(zhí)行是否正在為最終的經(jīng)營業(yè)績作出的貢獻(xiàn)。樂視網(wǎng)公司于2010年8月12日在中國創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市,是行業(yè)內(nèi)全球首家IPO上市公司。因此,本文選擇以樂視網(wǎng)公司為視頻網(wǎng)站的代表,利用相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)對樂視網(wǎng)公司的財(cái)務(wù)績效進(jìn)行分析評價,有助于提高該公司的財(cái)務(wù)績效,也對同為視頻行業(yè)的其他公司有一定的借鑒意義,為以后的相關(guān)方面的研究提供一定程度的參考。本文共分為六大部分。第一部分主要介紹了研究背景和意義、研究思路和方法、研究內(nèi)容和研究框架等;第二部分介紹了財(cái)務(wù)績效的理論基礎(chǔ),包括各種相關(guān)概念;第三部分對樂視網(wǎng)公司進(jìn)行簡單的介紹,并分析了它的財(cái)務(wù)績效;第四部分對研究的結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié),找出可能存在的問題及原因,第五部分提出了自己的建議,第六部分進(jìn)行了前景展望。
[Abstract]:With the 2004 China's first professional video website, which launched LETV, the development of video websites through the bud, the rise of this downturn, several stages of recovery and gradually stabilized. In recent years, with the continuous development of Internet technology, video website industry in China has developed rapidly, expanding the user, as of June 2016, the scale of China's online video users has reached 514 million, an increase of 10 million compared to the end of 2015, the network video users use rate of 72.4%. in the video website industry in the fierce market competition, youku.com, LETV, Iqiyi, Tencent and Sohu video video is more well-known video sites in China, and in March 2012, the merger of Youku and potatoes the event, Iqiyi and PPS marriage events is a big event in the video website industry. Therefore, the development of video website has attracted more and more attention. The financial performance evaluation of enterprise to war And their implementation and enforcement are the final performance contribution. LETV company listed on the gem Chinese in August 12, 2010, is the industry's first global IPO market. Therefore, this paper chooses the LETV company as the representative of the video site, analyze and evaluate the financial performance of the financial index of LETV company and help to improve the company's financial performance, also have certain reference significance for the same video industry of other companies, to provide some reference for future research. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance, research ideas and methods, research contents and research framework; the second part introduces the theoretical basis of financial performance, including a variety of related concepts; the third part is a brief introduction of the LETV company, and analyzes it Financial performance. The fourth part summarizes the results of the study, finds out the possible problems and causes. The fifth part puts forward its own proposals, and the sixth part has a prospect.
