陜西郵政西郵寄預(yù)付費(fèi)卡商業(yè)模式研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)第三方支付業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)過10年的發(fā)展,年度交易規(guī)模已經(jīng)突破萬億元,成為中國(guó)金融支付體系中重要的組成部分。隨著《非金融機(jī)構(gòu)支付服務(wù)管理辦法》及其實(shí)施細(xì)則的出臺(tái),多家企業(yè)及單位獲得《支付業(yè)務(wù)許可證》,這標(biāo)志著中國(guó)的非金融機(jī)構(gòu)支付行業(yè)由原先的無據(jù)可循到如今的依法監(jiān)管,逐步走入規(guī)范化、規(guī)模化、專業(yè)化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。由陜西郵政獨(dú)資控股的“西郵寄電子商務(wù)有限責(zé)任公司”于2012年6月27日獲得央行頒發(fā)的支付牌照,與30余家大型商戶建立了合作關(guān)系,成為陜西區(qū)域第三方支付企業(yè)的重要組成部分。西郵寄在取得牌照的同時(shí)也存在系統(tǒng)老化、宣傳營(yíng)銷推廣力度不夠、渠道發(fā)展緩慢、客戶體驗(yàn)弱化、陜西省內(nèi)一線城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)不足等問題。 本文以陜西郵政西郵寄預(yù)付費(fèi)卡為研究對(duì)象,首先梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外第三方支付的相關(guān)理論和方法,作為本文的理論支持。其次,對(duì)西郵寄公司運(yùn)營(yíng)渠道進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)走訪和問卷調(diào)查,,并對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行了SWOT分析。最后在SWOT分析的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了包括客戶細(xì)分、價(jià)值主張、渠道通路、收入來源、關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)、重要合作、成本結(jié)構(gòu)九個(gè)構(gòu)造塊、一個(gè)商業(yè)模式畫布及相應(yīng)實(shí)施建議在內(nèi)的完整的商業(yè)模式。 本文的研究對(duì)于如何解決西郵寄公司(第三方支付企業(yè))在規(guī)范運(yùn)營(yíng)后進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新,并結(jié)合郵政企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)在支付和服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新過程中探索新的商業(yè)模式,同時(shí)為其他支付企業(yè)提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:After 10 years of development, China's third-party payment business has exceeded trillion yuan in annual transaction scale, which has become an important part of China's financial payment system. With the introduction of the "measures for the Management of payment Services of Non-Financial institutions" and its implementation rules, A number of enterprises and units have obtained the "payment Business license", which marks that the payment industry of non-financial institutions in China has gradually entered the standardization and scale of supervision and supervision by law from the original lack of evidence. Western Mail Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., which is wholly owned by Shaanxi Post, obtained the payment license issued by the Central Bank in June 27th 2012 and established a cooperative relationship with more than 30 large merchants. It has become an important part of the third party payment enterprises in Shaanxi region. While the western mail has obtained the license, it also has the system aging, the propaganda marketing promotion dynamics is not enough, the channel development is slow, the customer experience is weakened, Shaanxi province inside the first-line city competition advantage insufficient and so on question. This paper takes Shaanxi Post Western prepaid card as the research object, firstly combing the related theories and methods of the third party payment at home and abroad, as the theoretical support of this paper. Field visit and questionnaire survey on the operating channel of the West Mail Company, and SWOT analysis of the enterprise. Finally, based on the SWOT analysis, the author designs a design including customer segmentation, value proposition, channel access, revenue source, key business, etc. Key collaborations, cost structure, nine building blocks, a business model canvas and corresponding implementation recommendations for a complete business model. This paper studies how to solve the problem of how to solve the business model innovation of West Mail Company (third-party payment company) after regulating its operation, and explore new business model in the process of payment and service model innovation by combining the advantages of postal enterprises. At the same time for other payment enterprises to provide reference and reference.
