尼日利亞ETISALAT三期項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行優(yōu)化的探討

【摘要】:上海貝爾在目前通信行業(yè)競爭激烈的情況下努力拓展海外市場,尼日利亞ETISALAT三期項(xiàng)目是其專注于海外市場的典型項(xiàng)目之一。 由于通信行業(yè)海外項(xiàng)目管理的復(fù)雜性,作者在該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際執(zhí)行過程中遇到了一系列的困難,歸納起來主要有訂單履行環(huán)節(jié),海外運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)和海外倉儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)等。作者將在項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的過程中運(yùn)用在MBA課程中學(xué)到的理論知識(shí)并結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,致力于該項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行優(yōu)化。 訂單履行環(huán)節(jié)涉及到公司內(nèi)部的諸多流程,作者通過結(jié)合流程的優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目公司內(nèi)部的訂單履行環(huán)節(jié)做相應(yīng)的改良,提高項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行效率。 在處理當(dāng)?shù)貒锪鞯膯栴}上,作者主要通過運(yùn)用線性規(guī)劃建模的方式,在獲取相應(yīng)參數(shù)的前提下,對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)貒锪鞯呐伤瓦M(jìn)行建模分析,,尋求當(dāng)?shù)貒锪鬟\(yùn)輸?shù)淖罴逊桨福⑼ㄟ^此方案解決該項(xiàng)目的當(dāng)?shù)貒锪鲉栴}。 在當(dāng)?shù)貒膫}儲(chǔ)的環(huán)節(jié)。作者將從運(yùn)營管理的角度出發(fā)探討海外項(xiàng)目倉儲(chǔ)服務(wù)的執(zhí)行優(yōu)化思路,著重利用塊狀區(qū)域作圖法解決當(dāng)?shù)貒鴤}儲(chǔ)的庫位優(yōu)化等問題。 本文希望能夠在實(shí)際的案例中總結(jié)出相應(yīng)的海外項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗(yàn),為將來類似項(xiàng)目的開展提供借鑒,同時(shí)也豐富該領(lǐng)域項(xiàng)目管理的內(nèi)容。 本文所研究的范圍沒有涉及具體的商業(yè)和公司機(jī)密,所有的數(shù)據(jù)和其它信息都做了相應(yīng)的處理。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Bell is trying to expand its overseas market in the current competitive situation in the communications industry. Nigeria ETISALAT Phase III is one of its typical projects focusing on overseas markets. Due to the complexity of overseas project management in the communications industry, the author has encountered a series of difficulties in the actual implementation of the project. The author will apply the theoretical knowledge learned in the MBA course and combine with the actual situation of the project to optimize the implementation of the project. Order fulfillment involves many processes within the company. The author improves the execution efficiency of the project by combining the optimization and improvement of the process. In dealing with the problem of local logistics, the author mainly uses the method of linear programming modeling, on the premise of obtaining the corresponding parameters, to model and analyze the delivery of local logistics, and to seek the best scheme of local logistics transportation. And through this program to solve the project's local logistics problems. From the point of view of operation and management, the author will discuss how to optimize the storage service of overseas projects, and focus on solving the problems of warehouse location optimization by using block area mapping method. This paper hopes to sum up the corresponding overseas project implementation optimization experience in the actual cases, to provide reference for similar projects in the future, but also to enrich the content of project management in this field. The scope of this study does not deal with specific commercial and corporate secrets, all data and other information are processed accordingly.
