【摘要】：我國目前正在經(jīng)歷經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展時期,城市現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)日新月異。作為全國的首都北京,更是以世人矚目的速度飛速發(fā)展,構(gòu)造起國際大都市基本框架。信息化是城市化、城市現(xiàn)代化的重要前提,以電信業(yè)為代表的信息產(chǎn)業(yè)作為戰(zhàn)略性、基礎(chǔ)性、先導(dǎo)性產(chǎn)業(yè),是當(dāng)代社會最重要的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。作為信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)的城市信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施越來越成為城市基礎(chǔ)功能體現(xiàn)的一種重要載體。 信息管道作為專業(yè)化管道公司建設(shè)及運營管理的項目,由于信息管道本身固有的特殊屬性,其項目管理工作不能等同于一般的項目管理。隨著信息管道資源建設(shè)量的迅速增加,對公司的經(jīng)營管理也提出了更高的要求,所以利用地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)對地理信息與管道資源數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行管理,為公司的項目管理提供更加高效、適用、安全、可擴展的管理平臺,是公司提高經(jīng)營管理水平的必然選擇。 本次論文對信息管道項目產(chǎn)品特點進(jìn)行分析研究,通過整合系統(tǒng)中項目建設(shè)各階段數(shù)據(jù)信息、梳理項目管理流程,運用項目管理相關(guān)知識,提出基于GIS平臺具有實操性的信息管道項目管理模式。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is experiencing a period of rapid economic development, and the modernization of cities is changing rapidly. As the capital of the country, Beijing is developing rapidly with the attention of the world, and the basic framework of international metropolis has been constructed. Informatization is urbanization. An important prerequisite for urban modernization is the information industry, represented by the telecommunications industry, as a strategic, basic and leading industry. As one of the most important basic industries in contemporary society, urban information network infrastructure, which is the basis of the development of information industry, is becoming an important carrier of urban basic functions. Information pipeline as a specialized pipeline company construction and operation management project, due to the information pipeline itself inherent special attributes, Its project management work can not be equated with general project management. With the rapid increase in the amount of information pipeline resources construction, the management and management of the company has also put forward higher requirements. Therefore, using GIS to manage the geographic information and pipeline resource data, which provides a more efficient, applicable, safe and extensible management platform for the company's project management, is the inevitable choice for the company to improve its management level. This paper analyzes and studies the product characteristics of the information pipeline project, combs the project management process and applies the relevant knowledge of the project management through integrating the data information of the various stages of the project construction in the system. This paper presents a practical information pipeline project management model based on GIS platform.
