基于移動(dòng)支付的第三方支付行業(yè)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著移動(dòng)通信業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,金融支付手段越來越趨于多樣化,移動(dòng)支付正是在移動(dòng)和金融網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合的背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。移動(dòng)支付是指通過手機(jī)等移動(dòng)終端發(fā)起交易,完成相關(guān)收付款人的貨幣資金轉(zhuǎn)移的行為,隨著近幾年來智能手機(jī)的普及以及無線通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展,大量中小商戶和個(gè)人都具有高效、快捷、安全地的移動(dòng)支付需求,移動(dòng)支付業(yè)務(wù)有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景。 隨著中國人民銀行《非金融機(jī)構(gòu)支付服務(wù)管理辦法》的出臺(tái)以及多批支付牌照的發(fā)放,越來越多的非金融第三方支付機(jī)構(gòu)逐步介入移動(dòng)支付這一新興領(lǐng)域。本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的理論出發(fā),通過對(duì)移動(dòng)支付的市場(chǎng)、商業(yè)模式、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及對(duì)眾多國內(nèi)外經(jīng)典案例的分析,,挖掘移動(dòng)支付產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各方參與者的關(guān)注點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)聚焦非金融第三方支付機(jī)構(gòu)在移動(dòng)支付領(lǐng)域的戰(zhàn)略定位研究,核心是回答三大戰(zhàn)略問題: 1.移動(dòng)支付的市場(chǎng)在哪里?戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值如何?基本商業(yè)模式是什么?發(fā)展趨勢(shì)如何? 2.在移動(dòng)支付產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中,非金融第三方支付機(jī)構(gòu)的核心價(jià)值和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是什么?非金融第三方支付機(jī)構(gòu)在其中應(yīng)該扮演什么樣的角色?誰是他們的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者,誰是他們的合作者? 3.為獲取持續(xù)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,非金融第三方支付機(jī)構(gòu)在移動(dòng)支付產(chǎn)業(yè)中的戰(zhàn)略布局是什么?
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of mobile communication industry, the means of financial payment are becoming more and more diversified. Mobile payment comes into being in the context of the combination of mobile and financial network. Mobile payment means to initiate transactions through mobile terminals such as mobile phones. With the popularity of smart phones and the development of wireless communication technology in recent years, a large number of small and medium-sized businesses and individuals have the demand for efficient, fast and secure mobile payment. Mobile payment service has a broad development prospects. With the promulgation of the people's Bank of China's "measures on the Administration of payment Services of Non-Financial institutions" and the issuance of multiple payment licences, More and more non-financial third-party payment institutions are gradually involved in the emerging field of mobile payment. Based on the theory of industrial value chain, this paper analyzes the market and business model of mobile payment. The development trend and the analysis of many classic cases at home and abroad, excavate the attention of all parties involved in the mobile payment industry chain, and focus on the strategic positioning of non-financial third-party payment institutions in the field of mobile payment. The core is to answer three strategic questions:. 1. Where is the market for mobile payments? What's the strategic value? What is the basic business model? What's the trend? 2. What are the core values and competitiveness of non-financial third-party payment institutions in the mobile payment industry chain? What role should non-financial third-party payment agencies play? Who are their competitors and who are their collaborators? 3. What is the strategic layout of non-financial third-party payment institutions in the mobile payment industry in order to achieve sustained core competitiveness?
