基于移動支付的第三方支付行業(yè)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著移動通信業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,金融支付手段越來越趨于多樣化,移動支付正是在移動和金融網(wǎng)絡相結(jié)合的背景下應運而生。移動支付是指通過手機等移動終端發(fā)起交易,完成相關收付款人的貨幣資金轉(zhuǎn)移的行為,隨著近幾年來智能手機的普及以及無線通信技術的發(fā)展,大量中小商戶和個人都具有高效、快捷、安全地的移動支付需求,移動支付業(yè)務有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景。 隨著中國人民銀行《非金融機構支付服務管理辦法》的出臺以及多批支付牌照的發(fā)放,越來越多的非金融第三方支付機構逐步介入移動支付這一新興領域。本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈的理論出發(fā),通過對移動支付的市場、商業(yè)模式、發(fā)展趨勢及對眾多國內(nèi)外經(jīng)典案例的分析,,挖掘移動支付產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各方參與者的關注點,重點聚焦非金融第三方支付機構在移動支付領域的戰(zhàn)略定位研究,核心是回答三大戰(zhàn)略問題: 1.移動支付的市場在哪里?戰(zhàn)略價值如何?基本商業(yè)模式是什么?發(fā)展趨勢如何? 2.在移動支付產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中,非金融第三方支付機構的核心價值和競爭力是什么?非金融第三方支付機構在其中應該扮演什么樣的角色?誰是他們的競爭者,誰是他們的合作者? 3.為獲取持續(xù)的核心競爭力,非金融第三方支付機構在移動支付產(chǎn)業(yè)中的戰(zhàn)略布局是什么?
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of mobile communication industry, the means of financial payment are becoming more and more diversified. Mobile payment comes into being in the context of the combination of mobile and financial network. Mobile payment means to initiate transactions through mobile terminals such as mobile phones. With the popularity of smart phones and the development of wireless communication technology in recent years, a large number of small and medium-sized businesses and individuals have the demand for efficient, fast and secure mobile payment. Mobile payment service has a broad development prospects. With the promulgation of the people's Bank of China's "measures on the Administration of payment Services of Non-Financial institutions" and the issuance of multiple payment licences, More and more non-financial third-party payment institutions are gradually involved in the emerging field of mobile payment. Based on the theory of industrial value chain, this paper analyzes the market and business model of mobile payment. The development trend and the analysis of many classic cases at home and abroad, excavate the attention of all parties involved in the mobile payment industry chain, and focus on the strategic positioning of non-financial third-party payment institutions in the field of mobile payment. The core is to answer three strategic questions:. 1. Where is the market for mobile payments? What's the strategic value? What is the basic business model? What's the trend? 2. What are the core values and competitiveness of non-financial third-party payment institutions in the mobile payment industry chain? What role should non-financial third-party payment agencies play? Who are their competitors and who are their collaborators? 3. What is the strategic layout of non-financial third-party payment institutions in the mobile payment industry in order to achieve sustained core competitiveness?
