【摘要】：云計算是一種新興的模式,是可以讓用戶方便地訪問計算資源付費使用的服務(wù)。云服務(wù),如亞馬遜的彈性計算云和谷歌應(yīng)用正迅速獲得龐大的用戶群。ERP軟件向云計算遷移仍處于起步階段,對于ERP軟件廠商而言,遷移到云的解決方案意味著他們的價值創(chuàng)造邏輯將面臨著深刻的變化。他們不僅需要提供完全基于Web的解決方案,以及服務(wù)費來取代以往的License許可的模式,他們還需要建設(shè)自己的數(shù)據(jù)中心來承載和運維客戶的管理關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)的應(yīng)用。基于以上的分析促使了這篇論文這項研究,即探討云計算對企業(yè)軟件供應(yīng)商的商業(yè)模式的影響。通過對傳統(tǒng)ERP軟件供應(yīng)商以及純粹的云服務(wù)提供商的多個案例研究。并在研究過程中研究發(fā)現(xiàn),從內(nèi)部部署軟件遷移到云服務(wù)影響了傳統(tǒng)ERP軟件供應(yīng)商的所有商業(yè)模式的組件,也就是說,客戶價值主張,資源基礎(chǔ),價值配置和資金流動等。因此,云計算技術(shù)對于企業(yè)級的軟件廠商的商業(yè)模式有著深刻的影響。本論文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),供應(yīng)商商業(yè)模式的變革內(nèi)容包括以下幾個方面:第一,企業(yè)軟件的"所有權(quán)"從客戶轉(zhuǎn)移至軟件供應(yīng)商;第二,IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和管理等方面,比如硬件和專業(yè)化的軟件管理服務(wù)等的責(zé)任,也將從客戶轉(zhuǎn)移給供應(yīng)商;第三,軟件供應(yīng)商將通過提供專業(yè)化服務(wù),并利用規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)來降低提供軟件服務(wù)的成本;同時降低軟件銷售的成本,開拓以往沒有涉獵到的小型企業(yè)的長尾市場。本論文通過推導(dǎo)兩種可供選擇的商業(yè)模式配置,即SaaS和SaaS+PaaS的商業(yè)模式分析,得出了企業(yè)軟件廠商應(yīng)該如何根據(jù)自身的情況做出的戰(zhàn)略選擇并設(shè)計自己的商業(yè)模式提供了指導(dǎo)方針。
[Abstract]:Cloud computing is an emerging model that allows users to easily access computing resources to pay for their use. For example, Amazon's flexible computing cloud and Google's apps are rapidly gaining access to a large user base. The migration of ERP software to cloud computing is still in its infancy, and for ERP software vendors, Migrating to the cloud means that their value-creation logic will face profound changes. They not only need to provide solutions that are entirely based on Web, but also service fees to replace the old License licensing model. They also need to build their own data centers to host and operate customer management critical business applications. That is to explore the impact of cloud computing on the business model of enterprise software providers. Through the traditional ERP software providers and pure cloud service providers of a number of case studies. Migration from internally deployed software to cloud services affects the components of all business models of traditional ERP software vendors, that is, customer value proposition, resource base, value allocation, fund flow, and so on. Cloud computing technology has a profound impact on the business model of enterprise-level software vendors. This paper finds that the change of supplier business model includes the following aspects: first, "ownership" of enterprise software will be transferred from customers to software providers; second, responsibilities for IT infrastructure and management, such as hardware and specialized software management services, will also be transferred from customers to suppliers; third, Software vendors will reduce the cost of providing software services by providing specialized services and using economies of scale to reduce the cost of software sales, To explore the long tail market of small enterprises that have not been dabbled in the past, this paper deduces two kinds of alternative business model configurations, namely, SaaS and SaaS PaaS business model analysis. It provides guidelines on how enterprise software manufacturers should make strategic choices and design their own business models according to their own situation.
