【摘要】：近年來我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢步入了瓶頸階段,網(wǎng)絡(luò)眾創(chuàng)平臺上存在雇主與威客匹配度低、耦合協(xié)同功能缺失的問題,需增強(qiáng)雇主與威客智能耦合協(xié)同功能。在眾創(chuàng)平臺可以導(dǎo)入兩種智能耦合協(xié)同運(yùn)行機(jī)制:基于威客相似度的協(xié)同過濾智能推送和基于任務(wù)相似度的協(xié)同過濾智能推送,建構(gòu)智能耦合協(xié)同的流程模型,該模型貫穿智能推薦配送、智能撮合訂約、智能協(xié)同完成任務(wù)、智能驗(yàn)貨結(jié)算、智能雇傭關(guān)系評價及提升等五階段。進(jìn)而,評析國內(nèi)眾創(chuàng)平臺領(lǐng)先者豬八戒、一品威客雇主與威客智能耦合協(xié)同的智商水平,分析其優(yōu)劣勢并提供構(gòu)建具有增強(qiáng)智能型耦合協(xié)同功能的新一代眾創(chuàng)平臺的策略建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of network entrepreneurship in China has stepped into the bottleneck stage. On the platform of network crowd-creation, there are problems such as the low matching degree between employer and Weike, and the lack of coupling and cooperative function. Two kinds of intelligent cooperative operation mechanism can be introduced in the common creation platform: collaborative filtering intelligent push based on Weike similarity and collaborative filtering intelligent push based on task similarity. The process model of intelligent coupling collaboration is constructed, which runs through five stages: intelligent recommended distribution, intelligent matchmaking and contracting, intelligent collaborative task completion, intelligent inspection and settlement, intelligent evaluation and promotion of employment relationship, etc. This paper analyzes the intelligence quotient level of Zhu Bajie, the leader of domestic multi-creation platform, and the intelligent coupling between the employer and the Weike, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and provides some suggestions for constructing a new generation of multi-creative platform with the function of enhancing intelligent coupling and collaboration.
