【摘要】：隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的崛起，知識作為一種獨(dú)立的生產(chǎn)要素不斷為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造新的價(jià)值，，知識流動與轉(zhuǎn)移成為企業(yè)獲取知識的有效途徑，并在推動經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、提升企業(yè)競爭力中發(fā)揮了重要作用。通信服務(wù)業(yè)是未來新經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和核心，是典型的技術(shù)與知識密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)，通過形成服務(wù)鏈，在服務(wù)效率、服務(wù)面、服務(wù)質(zhì)量等方面有了很大提高，并對其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有著很強(qiáng)的帶動作用。本文以服務(wù)鏈上的節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)知識流動為研究對象，從通信服務(wù)鏈的形式化研究、通信服務(wù)鏈上知識伙伴的選擇、最短路徑優(yōu)化等方面對服務(wù)鏈的知識流動問題進(jìn)行研究，將豐富現(xiàn)有的知識流管理的理論和實(shí)踐內(nèi)容，對于發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)鏈的理論水平，提升移動通信服務(wù)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)的合作水平有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文的研究工作具體包括以下幾方面內(nèi)容： (1)介紹了移動通信服務(wù)鏈中的知識存在形式，描述了其中的知識特性與拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)，對知識流動的影響要素進(jìn)行了分析；在提出移動通信服務(wù)鏈知識管理的基礎(chǔ)上，通過確認(rèn)鏈上的節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)和鏈上的知識流與其他流，構(gòu)建了移動通信服務(wù)鏈的模型。 (2)分析了移動運(yùn)營商知識伙伴選擇的影響要素，運(yùn)用模糊層次分析法對影響要素進(jìn)行了量化分析，構(gòu)建基于模糊理論的知識伙伴模型，選擇出了最優(yōu)的知識伙伴對象。其研究結(jié)果表明，知識匹配度和知識傳輸渠道是知識伙伴選擇的關(guān)鍵因素。 (3)以移動通信服務(wù)鏈上的各個節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)為知識載體，量化了移動通信服務(wù)鏈間各個節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)上知識流動成本；并根據(jù)各個節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)間知識流動的成本的大小，運(yùn)用Dijkstra方法對知識流動路徑進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，利用Delphi程序進(jìn)行仿真分析，驗(yàn)證了知識匹配度和知識距離是有效推動知識流動的關(guān)鍵因素這一結(jié)論的正確性。
[Abstract]:With the rise of knowledge economy , knowledge as an independent production element continuously creates new value for enterprises , knowledge flow and transfer become an effective way for enterprises to acquire knowledge and play an important role in promoting economic development and promoting enterprise competitiveness . The research work includes the following aspects : ( 1 ) The form of knowledge in mobile communication service chain is introduced , the knowledge characteristic and topological structure are described , the influencing factors of knowledge flow are analyzed , and the model of mobile communication service chain is constructed on the basis of knowledge management of mobile communication service chain . ( 2 ) The influence factors of knowledge partner selection of mobile operators are analyzed , and the influence factors are quantified and analyzed by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process . The knowledge partner model based on fuzzy theory is constructed , and the optimal knowledge partner object is selected . The results show that knowledge matching degree and knowledge transmission channel are the key factors of knowledge partner selection . ( 3 ) Taking each node enterprise on the mobile communication service chain as the knowledge carrier , the cost of knowledge flow on each node enterprise in the mobile communication service chain is quantified , and the knowledge flow path is optimized according to the cost of the knowledge flow among the nodes , and the simulation analysis is carried out by using the Delphi program , and the knowledge matching degree and the knowledge distance are verified to be the key factors for effectively pushing the knowledge flow .
