【摘要】：IDC是電信部門利用已有的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信線路、帶寬資源，建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的電信專業(yè)級機(jī)房環(huán)境，為企業(yè)、政府提供服務(wù)器托管、租用以及相關(guān)增值等方面的全方位服務(wù)。通過使用電信的IDC服務(wù)器托管業(yè)務(wù)，企業(yè)或政府單位無需再建立自己的專門機(jī)房、鋪設(shè)昂貴的通信線路，也無需高薪聘請網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程師，即可解決自己使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的許多專業(yè)需求。IDC不僅是數(shù)據(jù)存儲的中心，而且是數(shù)據(jù)流通的中心，它應(yīng)該出現(xiàn)在Internet網(wǎng)絡(luò)中數(shù)據(jù)交換最集中的地方。它是伴隨著人們對主機(jī)托管和虛擬主機(jī)服務(wù)提出了更高要求的狀況而產(chǎn)生的，具體而言，隨著Internet的高速發(fā)展，網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)對帶寬、管理維護(hù)日益增長的高要求對很多企業(yè)構(gòu)成了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。 IDC后臺管理系統(tǒng)完全按照物理機(jī)房現(xiàn)有體系，根據(jù)“地點(diǎn)，機(jī)房，節(jié)點(diǎn)”等元素，對各種資源進(jìn)行高效組織劃分，為用戶提供了從訂單到交付，從資源精細(xì)化切分、管控到監(jiān)測、故障解決的一整套解決方案。 本論文以江蘇電信IDC后臺管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理為研究對象，通過對此系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險管理、人力資源管理、溝通管理及進(jìn)度控制和測試管理進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目管理存在的不足，并且提出一定的建議供后續(xù)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)參考。本論文先進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理、軟件項(xiàng)目管理和管理信息系統(tǒng)的理論綜述，然后對IDC后臺管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行簡要的概述，再以此為基礎(chǔ)對項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行分析，最后提出項(xiàng)目管理過程中存在的不足及改進(jìn)建議，以供后續(xù)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)參考。
[Abstract]:IDC is the telecommunication department to use the existing Internet communication lines, bandwidth resources, the establishment of a standardized telecommunications professional computer room environment, for enterprises, the government provides server hosting. Leasing and related value-added services. Through the use of telecommunications IDC server hosting services, enterprises or government units no longer need to build their own special computer room, laying expensive communication lines. Nor does it need to hire a high-paying network engineer to address many of the professional needs of using the Internet. IDC is not only the center of data storage, but also the center of data flow. It should appear in the Internet network where the data exchange is the most centralized. It is accompanied by higher requirements for host hosting and virtual host services, specifically. With the rapid development of Internet, the growing requirements of website system for bandwidth, management and maintenance pose a severe challenge to many enterprises. According to the existing system of physical computer room and the elements of "location, computer room, node", IDC backstage management system organizes and divides all kinds of resources efficiently, which provides users with order to delivery. A complete set of solutions from resource refinement, control to monitoring, and troubleshooting. This paper takes Jiangsu Telecom IDC backstage management system development project management as the research object, through the risk management of this system development project, the human resources management. Communication management, schedule control and test management analysis, found the deficiencies of project management, and put forward some suggestions for future project development reference. This paper first carry out project management. This paper summarizes the theory of software project management and management information system, then gives a brief overview of IDC background management system, and then analyzes the project management based on it. Finally, the deficiencies and improvement suggestions in the process of project management are put forward in order to provide reference for future project development.
