【摘要】：當(dāng)今,云計(jì)算(Cloud Computing)已經(jīng)成為信息產(chǎn)業(yè)(IT產(chǎn)業(yè),本文之后提及IT產(chǎn)業(yè)均為信息產(chǎn)業(yè)簡稱)的變革核心之一,通過提供云計(jì)算服務(wù),計(jì)算資源、存儲(chǔ)資源、開發(fā)平臺(tái)以及軟件應(yīng)用的獲取和使用變得更為簡便,成本顯著降低。 本文對(duì)IT行業(yè)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的代表企業(yè)進(jìn)行定性研究,以期尋找云計(jì)算和高科技企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)新之間的作用和關(guān)系。 首先,本文簡單論述了研究對(duì)象--IT行業(yè)高科技企業(yè)的定義和特點(diǎn);同時(shí)回顧并總結(jié)了業(yè)內(nèi)對(duì)影響高科技企業(yè)發(fā)展(創(chuàng)業(yè)或者創(chuàng)新)的關(guān)鍵因素的研究；然后本文介紹和分析了云計(jì)算的定義及相關(guān)屬性,并簡單探討其帶來的商業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)變。 其次本文采用關(guān)鍵成功因素法中的產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廠商分析法,根據(jù)IT行業(yè)高科技企業(yè)的分類,通過選取服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的亞馬遜(大型企業(yè))和Dropbox(小型企業(yè)),軟件領(lǐng)域的新一代佼佼者Salesforce(中型企業(yè))和2家傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型軟件廠商(大型企業(yè)),硬件領(lǐng)域5家主流領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型廠商(大型企業(yè))作為案例分析樣本來分別研究云計(jì)算對(duì)其企業(yè)發(fā)展(包括創(chuàng)業(yè)及創(chuàng)新)的影響。為了彌補(bǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廠商分析法對(duì)于其成功的解釋受到限制,本文輔以波特五力分析模型,以便確認(rèn)及檢驗(yàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)鍵成功因素。 最后根據(jù)分析研究結(jié)果綜合得出相應(yīng)結(jié)論,希望對(duì)IT行業(yè)高科技企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)／創(chuàng)新有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, cloud computing has become one of the core changes of IT industry. By providing cloud computing services, computing resources, storage resources, development platforms and software applications to access and use become easier, significantly lower costs. In this paper, the representative enterprises of IT industry are studied qualitatively in order to find out the role and relationship between cloud computing and high-tech enterprises. Firstly, this paper briefly discusses the definition and characteristics of high-tech enterprises in IT industry. At the same time, it reviews and summarizes the research on the key factors that affect the development of high-tech enterprises (entrepreneurship or innovation). Then this paper introduces and analyzes the definition and related attributes of cloud computing, and briefly discusses the business model changes brought about by cloud computing. Secondly, this paper uses the method of key success factors in the analysis of industry leaders, according to the classification of high-tech enterprises in the IT industry. Select Amazon (large business) and Dropbox (small business) for services. Salesforce, a new generation of leading software players, and two traditional leading software vendors (large companies). Five mainstream leading vendors (large enterprises) in the hardware sector are used as sample case studies to study cloud computing's impact on their enterprise development (including entrepreneurship and innovation). In order to compensate for the industrial leadership firm analysis of its success explanation is limited. In order to identify and test the key success factors of the industry, this paper is supported by Porter's five-force analysis model. Finally, according to the analysis and research results, we draw the corresponding conclusions, hoping to help IT high-tech enterprises to start / innovate.
