摘要：

信息人才無論是對構(gòu)建具有國際競爭力的高等教育系統(tǒng)，還是對社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展都具有舉足輕重的作用，因此也成為各大高校的信息化人才培養(yǎng)目標。該文梳理了國內(nèi)外大學的信息化和國際化人才培養(yǎng)的研究成果，選取國內(nèi)外具有代表性的5所高校，對其國際化人才培養(yǎng)模式從培養(yǎng)目標、課程設置、課程內(nèi)容等方面進行比較分析和總結(jié)，最后提出國內(nèi)信息化人才的培養(yǎng)模式。

Abstract： 

The international information professionals play a pivotal role both for building an internationally competitive higher education system and the socio-economic development, so as to the talent training objectives in many universities. The research achievements on personnel training are summarized. From the perspective of training objectives, curriculum, course, a few representative domestic and foreign universities is selected, talent training mode is analyzed. Finally, training mode of information technology professionals in china is concluded.
