【摘要】：選取湖南省13個市2002—2012年相關(guān)的面板數(shù)據(jù),利用動態(tài)系統(tǒng)廣義矩估計(GMM)方法對湖南省財政支出與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級之間的關(guān)系進行了實證分析。結(jié)果表明:財政支出規(guī)模與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級存在著顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,但正向效應(yīng)微弱;財政支出結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級存在著顯著的負相關(guān)關(guān)系,在一定程度上不利于產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級。根據(jù)實證結(jié)果,提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data from 2002 to 2012 in 13 cities of Hunan Province, the relationship between fiscal expenditure and industrial transformation and upgrading in Hunan Province is analyzed empirically by using the dynamic system generalized moment estimation (GMMM) method.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the scale of fiscal expenditure and industrial transformation and upgrading, but the positive effect is weak, and there is a significant negative correlation between fiscal expenditure structure and industrial transformation and upgrading.To a certain extent, is not conducive to industrial transformation and upgrading.According to the empirical results, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
