【摘要】:事業(yè)單位采用的計(jì)時(shí)工資制度因計(jì)算方法的差異導(dǎo)致相同的工作天數(shù)不能取得相同的工資數(shù)額。計(jì)時(shí)工資應(yīng)當(dāng)用當(dāng)月的實(shí)際工作天數(shù)占應(yīng)工作天數(shù)的比例來(lái)計(jì)算,而不應(yīng)用法定的月計(jì)薪天數(shù)21.75天計(jì)算工資;加班加點(diǎn)工資和法定假日工資應(yīng)當(dāng)采用月平均工作天數(shù)20.83天折算日工資和小時(shí)工資。
[Abstract]:The timing wage system adopted by public institutions, due to the difference in calculation methods, results in the same working days being unable to obtain the same amount of wages. The hourly wages shall be calculated by using the proportion of the actual working days of the current month to the number of days that should be worked. The overtime wage and the statutory holiday wage shall be converted into daily wages and hourly wages by the average working days of 20.83 days per month.
