文章摘要：重性精神疾病社區(qū)管理是以社區(qū)為單位,建立一支廣泛深入社區(qū)和工作細(xì)致的服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì),以社區(qū)內(nèi)重性精神疾病患者為管理目標(biāo),有計(jì)劃地對(duì)其家庭生活、衛(wèi)生環(huán)境、社會(huì)人際關(guān)系、合理用藥和遵醫(yī)行為等相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行干預(yù),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)復(fù)發(fā)征兆,控制病情,降低住院頻率,改善預(yù)后,幫助管理對(duì)象逐漸恢復(fù)獨(dú)立生活能力,不再依靠住院治療,把對(duì)社會(huì)的安全影響降到最低程度,為患者回歸社會(huì)打下牢固的基礎(chǔ).旨在通過分析目前重性精神疾病社區(qū)管理的工作現(xiàn)狀及其必然性與緊迫性,探討重性精神疾病社區(qū)管理的規(guī)范化、常態(tài)化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化途徑,提高患者社區(qū)管理質(zhì)量,為促進(jìn)我國社區(qū)精神衛(wèi)生的發(fā)展提供參考.

Abstr：Community management of severe mental illness is a community as a unit, with the establishment of an extensive and meticulous service team to the community with severe mental illness as management objectives, planned their family life, health and environment, social relationships, rational drug use, compliance behavior and other relevant factors to intervene, to detect recurrence of symptoms, control the disease, reduce the frequency of hospitalization and improve prognosis, to help manage the object gradually restored ability to live independently, no longer rely on hospital treatment, to reduce the influence of the social security minimum, for patients return to the community to provide a solid foundation. It aims to analyze the work on community management and necessity, urgency to explore the community management of severe mental illness to discuss the standardization, normalization and standardization approach, to improve patient quality of community management and to provide the references for the development of community mental health in China.
