Salary and Its Impact on Job Satisfaction in Ghana:Take Sky

本研究以天空廣播有限公司為研究對(duì)象,探討薪資對(duì)加納工作滿意度的影響。影響工作滿意度的因素或變量很多,工資是影響工作滿意度的主要因素之一。換言之,任何組織的薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)的好壞,都可能影響組織的生產(chǎn)力。本研究旨在了解天空廣播有限公司的薪資是否對(duì)工作滿意度有顯著影響。本研究所采用的研究設(shè)計(jì)是一項(xiàng)描述性調(diào)查,其中陽光廣播有限公司和天空財(cái)產(chǎn)有限公司(天空廣播有限公司的主要子公司)共有400名工人。采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣方法對(duì)278名工人進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查。本研究使用的主要工具是自編的問卷,題為“員工工資清單”(ESI)和“員工工作滿意度”(EJS)。ESI由兩部分組成:A部分由個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)組成,如性別、年齡、婚姻狀況和部門。B部分包括30項(xiàng)旨在衡量薪酬滿意度的項(xiàng)目,并根據(jù)組織中的角色等變量進(jìn)行劃分。EJS由30個(gè)項(xiàng)目組成。根據(jù)調(diào)查分析,以采取措施來激勵(lì)員工。分析人士指出,行政部門在代表性激勵(lì)問題上附加了更重要的意義,以影響企業(yè)在競爭對(duì)手中的持久性。工作本身固有的工作滿意度與工作性質(zhì)、所需技能、職業(yè)地位、地理位置和組織規(guī)模有關(guān)。首先,工作性質(zhì)決定了工作滿意度。通常,不同的工作比重復(fù)性工作帶來更多的工作滿意度,工廠工人...
