全球化時代的來臨加劇了企業(yè)之間的競爭,為此,需要企業(yè)根據(jù)全球業(yè)務(wù)的動態(tài)來改善其人力資源管理系統(tǒng)。本研究旨在探討全球化對加納GIHOC酒廠和可口可樂公司(CCCL)人力資源管理的影響程度。全球化給各個經(jīng)濟部門帶來了更多的資源和市場。但是在加納,外商直接投資(FDI)的企業(yè)實踐行為受到了廣泛的質(zhì)疑,并且在學(xué)術(shù)界一直存在爭議。飲料行業(yè)是第一批受益于大規(guī)模外商直接投資的公司,因此,以該行業(yè)為研究對象有助于深入地分析FDI對企業(yè)存續(xù)時間長短的影響。加納飲料行業(yè)的發(fā)展主要表現(xiàn)出兩種獨特的趨勢,其中一家最大的飲料公司被外國投資者所接管(可口可樂),而另一家加納飲料巨頭(GIHOC Distilleries)仍然掌握在當(dāng)?shù)赝顿Y者手中,前者是一家總部設(shè)在美國的跨國公司,后者則由加納政府全資擁有。本研究試圖填補有關(guān)加納在該研究領(lǐng)域中文獻的空白。本文的研究結(jié)論不僅能為負責(zé)管理加納本土公司與全球公司競爭的國家機構(gòu)提供政策依據(jù),還將為GIHOC Distilleries和可口可樂公司的政策審查提供可持續(xù)的人力資源管理系統(tǒng)和政策。本文查閱和梳理了與全球化和人力資源管理方面相關(guān)的文獻,并界定了全球化和人力資源管理的...
