【摘要】：本文為“木頭和弦”商業(yè)計(jì)劃書。該創(chuàng)新商業(yè)計(jì)劃旨在提高制琴師(制作弦樂(lè)器負(fù)責(zé)人)技能。高品質(zhì)的演奏離不開(kāi)制作精良的樂(lè)器。該計(jì)劃將創(chuàng)辦一家弦樂(lè)器工作室,認(rèn)證制琴師保羅·奧特羅(Paul Otero)將在工作室創(chuàng)造品質(zhì)獨(dú)特的小提琴,小提琴音質(zhì)上乘,將得到全球認(rèn)可。此外,為了與客戶分享音樂(lè)激情,提供真實(shí)體驗(yàn),工作室會(huì)配備兩個(gè)隔音房間,供人們租用,進(jìn)行授課、樂(lè)器鑒賞等其他音樂(lè)相關(guān)活動(dòng)。為推動(dòng)該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,作者制定了完善的各階段計(jì)劃。首先,作者將深入分析音樂(lè)和樂(lè)器制造業(yè)的背景和現(xiàn)狀。其次,作者將詳細(xì)介紹在西班牙的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,包括營(yíng)銷和財(cái)務(wù)計(jì)劃,增強(qiáng)未來(lái)業(yè)務(wù)的盈利能力。
