【摘要】：基于推動(dòng)綠色建筑的低碳發(fā)展已成為時(shí)代的要求,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色建筑的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題。從推進(jìn)低碳發(fā)展的責(zé)任、低碳資源的利用、低碳評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的構(gòu)建三個(gè)方面提出我國(guó)綠色建筑實(shí)現(xiàn)低碳發(fā)展的對(duì)策和措施。
[Abstract]:On the basis of promoting the low-carbon development of green buildings has become the requirement of the times, the development status of green buildings at home and abroad is analyzed. From the responsibility of promoting low-carbon development, the utilization of low-carbon resources and the construction of low-carbon evaluation index, the countermeasures and measures for realizing low-carbon development of green buildings in China are proposed.
