【摘要】：文章概括了近兩年來我國(guó)首批整裝勘查區(qū)的基本情況,并對(duì)勘查資金投入、空白區(qū)新立探礦權(quán)投放情況和勘查進(jìn)展與成果進(jìn)行了介紹。針對(duì)部分整裝勘查區(qū)勘查程度較低、勘查投入不足和部分整裝勘查區(qū)礦產(chǎn)勘查集中程度低且保留設(shè)置礦業(yè)權(quán)比例較大的問題,提出以下建議:進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化空白區(qū)新設(shè)探礦權(quán)設(shè)置方案,引導(dǎo)勘查資金向重點(diǎn)勘查區(qū)塊集中;進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有礦業(yè)權(quán)布局,強(qiáng)化礦業(yè)權(quán)調(diào)整和整合力度。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the basic situation of the first batch of integrated exploration areas in China in the past two years, and introduces the investment of exploration funds, the investment of new prospecting rights in blank areas, and the progress and achievements of exploration. In view of the problems of low exploration degree, insufficient exploration investment and low concentration degree of mineral exploration and large proportion of retaining and setting up mining rights in some integrated exploration areas, the following suggestions are put forward: further optimizing the scheme of setting up new prospecting rights in blank areas, guiding exploration funds to concentrate to key exploration blocks, further optimizing the layout of existing mining rights, and strengthening the adjustment and integration of mining rights.
