中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)對上下游其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的帶動作用明顯,我國汽車工業(yè)發(fā)展了數(shù)十年,目前已成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長發(fā)揮著重要作用。同時,我國汽車工業(yè)也進(jìn)入產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整和結(jié)構(gòu)變局的關(guān)鍵階段,市場結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的更迭,產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的優(yōu)化,國際化發(fā)展趨勢和新能源汽車的興起,都激勵著我國汽車工業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級。2008年爆發(fā)的全球金融危機(jī)給國際汽車市場造成沖擊,也影響到國內(nèi)汽車市場發(fā)展。如何解決汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)積累的諸多矛盾,以產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級促進(jìn)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)良性發(fā)展是擺在中國汽車工業(yè)的現(xiàn)實問題。本文立足分析中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,深入剖析汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)未來發(fā)展趨勢,為中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供依據(jù)和建議,為加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級,增強自主創(chuàng)新能力,穩(wěn)定汽車消費,促進(jìn)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展提供借鑒。本文先后研究了中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的必要性和可能性、中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級戰(zhàn)略、中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的政策保障等內(nèi)容。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)過數(shù)十年的發(fā)展,中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)取得了蓬勃發(fā)展,但還存在“市場換技術(shù)”未取得預(yù)期效果、能源和環(huán)保壓力制約發(fā)展、整車與零部件發(fā)展不平衡、自主創(chuàng)新面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)、汽車服務(wù)業(yè)不健全等問題。針對中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)目前面臨的矛盾,未來必須走自主創(chuàng)新和自主品牌的路線。為此,本文提出了支持企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新、實施自主品牌戰(zhàn)略、推進(jìn)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)重組、大力發(fā)展新能源汽車、推動汽車產(chǎn)品出口、發(fā)展現(xiàn)代汽車服務(wù)業(yè)等轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并給出了完善市場競爭環(huán)境、構(gòu)建自主創(chuàng)新體系、加強專業(yè)人員培養(yǎng)、培育自主創(chuàng)新文化、發(fā)展相關(guān)配套服務(wù)的政策建議,希望能為中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry plays an obvious role in driving the upstream and downstream industries. China's automobile industry has been developed for decades. At present, it has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy and plays an important role in economic growth. At the same time, China's automobile industry has also entered the key stage of industrial adjustment and structural change, the change of market structure, the change of product structure, the optimization of industrial organization, the trend of internationalization and the rise of new energy vehicles, all of which stimulate the transformation and upgrading of China's automobile industry. The global financial crisis that broke out in 2008 has had an impact on the international automobile market and also affected the development of the domestic automobile market. How to solve many contradictions between the external environment and the internal structure of the automobile industry, and how to promote the benign development of the automobile industry by industrial transformation and upgrading is a practical problem in China's automobile industry. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the development of China's automobile industry, this paper deeply analyzes the future development trend of the automobile industry, provides the basis and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of the Chinese automobile industry, and provides a reference for speeding up the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure, enhancing the ability of independent innovation, stabilizing automobile consumption, and promoting the sustained, healthy and stable development of the automobile industry. This paper has studied the necessity and possibility of the transformation and upgrading of China's automobile industry, the strategy of transformation and upgrading of China's automobile industry, and the policy guarantee of the transformation and upgrading of China's automobile industry. It is found that after decades of development, China's automobile industry has made vigorous development, but there are still some problems, such as "market for technology" has not achieved the desired results, the pressure of energy and environmental protection restricts the development, the development of vehicle and parts is unbalanced, independent innovation faces many challenges, the automobile service industry is not perfect and so on. In view of the contradiction faced by China's automobile industry at present, we must take the route of independent innovation and independent brand in the future. Therefore, this paper puts forward some transformation and development strategies, such as supporting independent innovation of enterprises, implementing independent brand strategy, promoting the reorganization of automobile industry, vigorously developing new energy vehicles, promoting the export of automobile products, developing modern automobile service industry, etc., and puts forward some policy suggestions for perfecting the market competitive environment, constructing independent innovation system, strengthening the training of professionals, cultivating independent innovation culture and developing related supporting services. Hope to provide guidance for the transformation and upgrading of China's automobile industry.
