JH供電公司變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著電力體制改革的深化、電力市場的日益開放,電力供應(yīng)企業(yè)間的競爭日趨激烈,只有變電設(shè)備檢修水平提高了才能提高供電的安全可靠性,進(jìn)而才能吸引電力用戶。在此背景下,作為變電設(shè)備檢修新型模式的狀態(tài)檢修日益成為關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)和重要的研究課題。 本文以JH供電公司變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修管理為研究對象。首先闡述了狀態(tài)檢修的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ);其次分析了JH供電公司變電設(shè)備概況、變電設(shè)備運(yùn)行存在的問題和變電設(shè)備檢修管理現(xiàn)狀,并運(yùn)用SWOT法詳細(xì)分析了JH供電公司變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修管理的兩大優(yōu)勢、十一大劣勢、兩大機(jī)會、兩大威脅;然后制定了狀態(tài)檢修管理優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)和基本原則,分析了狀態(tài)檢修管理現(xiàn)行組織結(jié)構(gòu)的不足,建立了由狀態(tài)檢修領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組、狀態(tài)檢修工作小組、狀態(tài)檢修專家小組、具體操作部門組成的組織結(jié)構(gòu),明確了崗位職責(zé),設(shè)計(jì)了狀態(tài)檢修管理的關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)流程,采用層次分析(AHP)法構(gòu)建了JH供電公司變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修績效評價(jià)模型;最后提出了JH供電公司變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修管理優(yōu)化方案實(shí)施的制度保障體系和技術(shù)支撐體系。 本文的研究工作深化了狀態(tài)檢修管理的理論研究,為變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修的決策者和管理者提供了更加科學(xué)、合理的方法和策略,可以有效提高JH供電公司安全生產(chǎn)水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of power system reform and the increasing opening of power market, the competition among power supply enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Only by improving the maintenance level of substation equipment can the safety and reliability of power supply be improved, and then the power users can be attracted. In this context, condition maintenance, as a new mode of substation equipment maintenance, has become the focus of attention and an important research topic. In this paper, the condition maintenance management of substation equipment in JH Power supply Company is taken as the research object. Firstly, this paper expounds the research status and related theoretical basis of condition maintenance at home and abroad, secondly, analyzes the general situation of substation equipment of JH power supply company, the existing problems of substation equipment operation and the present situation of substation equipment maintenance management, and analyzes in detail the two advantages, eleven disadvantages, two opportunities and two threats of condition maintenance management of substation equipment of JH power supply company by using SWOT method. Then the objectives and basic principles of condition maintenance management optimization are worked out, the shortcomings of the current organizational structure of condition maintenance management are analyzed, the organizational structure composed of condition maintenance leading group, condition maintenance working group, condition maintenance expert group and concrete operation department is established, the post responsibility is defined, and the key business process of condition maintenance management is designed. The performance evaluation model of substation equipment condition maintenance in JH power supply company is constructed by AHP (AHP) method. Finally, the system guarantee system and technical support system for the implementation of condition maintenance management optimization scheme of substation equipment in JH power supply company are put forward. The research work of this paper deepens the theoretical research of condition maintenance management, provides more scientific and reasonable methods and strategies for the decision makers and managers of condition maintenance of substation equipment, and can effectively improve the safety production level and economic benefit of JH power supply company.
