【摘要】：正自全球金融危機以來,中國石化行業(yè)一方面受國外和國內(nèi)復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的影響、受石化行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理的影響;另一方面,石化行業(yè)起支撐作用的幾個大型國企的內(nèi)部管理存在問題,其中,在采購與供應(yīng)管理上對比跨國集團的管理方式有很大差距。企業(yè)的采購成本控制對企業(yè)獲利具有杠桿放大作用,本文正是以采購管理的核心部分——采購商的管理為切入點,為石化行業(yè)提高營利能力提出對策。石化行業(yè)物資采購管理的特點
[Abstract]:Since the global financial crisis, on the one hand, China's petrochemical industry has been affected by the complex economic environment of foreign and domestic countries, and by the unreasonable industrial structure of the petrochemical industry. On the other hand, there are problems in the internal management of several large state-owned enterprises that play a supporting role in the petrochemical industry, among which there is a big gap between procurement and supply management compared with the management mode of multinational groups. The purchasing cost control of enterprises has the function of leverage and magnifying the profits of enterprises. This paper takes the management of purchasers, which is the core part of purchasing management, as the starting point, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the profit-making ability of petrochemical industry.
