提高我國汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)出口國際競爭力研究

【摘要】:自十一五以來,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來了發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期,根據(jù)中國汽車工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),2011年我國汽車產(chǎn)銷量雙雙超過1800萬輛,其中生產(chǎn)量為1841.89萬輛,同比增長0.8%,銷售1850.51萬輛,同比增長2.5%。2012年前四個(gè)月我國汽車產(chǎn)量為643.19萬輛,銷量為641.75萬輛。隨著我國消費(fèi)水平的提高以及國家一系列擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需政策的出臺(tái),我國居民對(duì)汽車產(chǎn)品需求日益增加,,正逐步發(fā)展成為汽車消費(fèi)大國,而作為汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的前沿—汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè),是汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分,其發(fā)展水平直接決定著一國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平的高低。同時(shí),世界各大汽車零部件生產(chǎn)商瞄準(zhǔn)我國這一需求潛力,紛紛來華設(shè)廠搶占我國汽車零部件市場份額,國內(nèi)汽車零部件生廠商面臨極大的競爭壓力。再加上我國汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)本身起步較晚,發(fā)展水平緩慢,在全球化采購和國際化分工的大背景下,如何能夠有效地抓住自身發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,提高產(chǎn)品出口國際競爭力,已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)眾多汽車零部件企業(yè)以及汽車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)所關(guān)注的一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)。認(rèn)真分析當(dāng)前我國汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)出口國際競爭力,不僅有助于指導(dǎo)進(jìn)而提出提升我國汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)出口國際競爭力的方法,而且對(duì)政府提出合理可行的宏觀政策提供了方向。 本文研究可以分為七個(gè)部分:第一部分是本文研究的導(dǎo)論部分。首先論述了提高我國汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)出口國際競爭力的研究背景和研究意義,然后簡單說明了本篇論文的研究目標(biāo)、使用的研究方法以及研究內(nèi)容,接著總結(jié)國內(nèi)外對(duì)產(chǎn)品國際競爭力研究的相關(guān)成果,最后提出本文的創(chuàng)新之處;第二部分是產(chǎn)業(yè)出口國際競爭力的基礎(chǔ)理論,簡要介紹了本人研究的理論基礎(chǔ),包括比較優(yōu)勢理論、國家競爭優(yōu)勢理論以及“鉆石模型”理論等;第三部分是從生產(chǎn)、銷售和進(jìn)出口三個(gè)方面對(duì)我國汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析;第四部分是本文的核心內(nèi)容,使用貿(mào)易競爭力指數(shù)、國際市場占有率和顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)三個(gè)測定指標(biāo),測算我國汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)出口國際競爭力;第五部分分別從生產(chǎn)要素,需求條件,企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、結(jié)構(gòu)與競爭狀態(tài),相關(guān)與支持產(chǎn)業(yè),機(jī)遇,政府行為六個(gè)方面研究分析我國汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)出口國際競爭力的影響因素;第六部分探討提高我國汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)出口國際競爭力的途徑;第七部分是本文的結(jié)束部分。首先簡單總結(jié)了前面的研究結(jié)論,接著找到該研究的不足,最后展望了未來的可行性研究方向。
[Abstract]:Since the 11th five-year Plan, China's automobile industry has ushered in a golden period of development. according to the statistics of the China Automobile Industry Association, in 2011, China's automobile production and sales both exceeded 18 million vehicles, of which 18.4189 million were produced, an increase of 0.8 percent over the same period last year. Sales of 18.5051 million vehicles, up 2.5 percent from the same period last year. In the first four months of 2012, China produced 6.4319 million vehicles and sold 6.4175 million vehicles. With the improvement of the consumption level of our country and the introduction of a series of national policies to expand domestic demand, the demand for automobile products by Chinese residents is increasing day by day, and is gradually developing into a big country of automobile consumption. As the frontier of automobile industry chain, auto parts industry is an important part of automobile industry, and its development level directly determines the development level of a country's automobile industry. At the same time, aiming at the demand potential of our country, the major auto parts manufacturers in the world have come to China to set up factories to seize the market share of auto parts in our country, and the domestic auto parts manufacturers are facing great competitive pressure. In addition, China's auto parts industry itself started relatively late and the level of development is slow. Under the background of global procurement and international division of labor, how can we effectively grasp their own development advantages and improve the international competitiveness of product exports. It has become a focus of attention of many domestic auto parts enterprises and automobile production enterprises. A careful analysis of the export international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry is not only helpful to guide and then put forward the methods to enhance the export international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry. And it provides a direction for the government to put forward a reasonable and feasible macro policy. This paper can be divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction of this paper. This paper first discusses the research background and significance of improving the international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry, and then briefly explains the research objectives, research methods and research contents of this paper. Then it summarizes the relevant results of the research on the international competitiveness of products at home and abroad, and finally puts forward the innovations of this paper. The second part is the basic theory of the international competitiveness of industrial export, which briefly introduces the theoretical basis of my research, including the theory of comparative advantage, the theory of national competitive advantage and the theory of "diamond model". The third part analyzes the present situation of the development of auto parts industry in China from three aspects: production, sales and import and export. The fourth part is the core content of this paper, using trade competitiveness index, international market share and display comparative advantage index to measure the international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry export; The fifth part studies and analyzes the influencing factors of the export international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry from six aspects: production factors, demand conditions, enterprise strategy, structure and competition state, related and supporting industries, opportunities, and government behavior. The sixth part discusses the ways to improve the international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry export; the seventh part is the end of this paper. First of all, the previous research conclusions are briefly summarized, then the shortcomings of the study are found, and finally the future feasibility research direction is prospected.
